      I needed pronation control (lots of blisters on the inside edge of the ball of my foot), so I tried the blue insoles, but the arch was way too high, were uncomfortable, and felt like they forced me to run on the outside edge of my foot. The arch on these is much better for me, and add that extra oomph to stability shoes that I needed.

      I alternate shoes, and the heel fits perfectly in one, but not the other. In the second pair, they're noticable (but not uncomfortable), but after the first couple of miles, I forget they're there.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
