This model did not provide enough support for me in my running shoes. But these work GREAT in my Clarks shoes I wear for work.

I was never much of a runner before I started a fitness bootcamp. I got fitted for new sneakers and these inserts. After 1 month I developed pain in both my heels and major pain continued in my right heel (plantar fasciitis). I switched to the insert straps and within 3 weeks the pain was gone.
