I got these from Fleet Feet, beware of the type of shoe you are putting these in. The salesperson had me in a stability shoe with the superfeet. My feet killed after running and major pain has developed in my heels and up the back of my legs. I went to another running store to get another opinion and this salesperson told me to stop wearing the superfeet because it was too much stability.

This model did not provide enough support for me in my running shoes. But these work GREAT in my Clarks shoes I wear for work.

I was never much of a runner before I started a fitness bootcamp. I got fitted for new sneakers and these inserts. After 1 month I developed pain in both my heels and major pain continued in my right heel (plantar fasciitis). I switched to the insert straps and within 3 weeks the pain was gone. These inserts have a plastic heel to them under all the cushion that may have caused my "injury" - just be careful!

I have plantar fasciitis. It is very painful to walk on my left foot. I even had surgery in 2005! These inserts have helped me greatly! I have little/no pain with these inserts. I put my inserts in to the NIKE air pegasus+25. I am 5'6" and 130 pounds. I am a neutral walker. I have high arches. I advice going with a plus running shoe along with these inserts. They both work together beautifully for lots of cushion and support!
