Women's Superfeet Berry Insoles

I have had surgery on both knees and one of them was also broken when I was a teenager some 50 years ago. After my most recent surgery a few years ago, the surgeon said "no one would recommend you running on those knees." I am committed to exercise and I love to run with my dog so I did not heed his advice. About three months later my knees started to hurt and I was very upset thinking that the advice I was given should have been followed and that I was in big trouble. I sought advice on my problem and was told that knee pain could be caused by lack of arch support. I ordered a pair of the Berry Superfeet and the pain went away IMMEDIATELY. I use them in all of my running/walking shoes and remain pain free as long as I replace them (and my shoes) as recommended. I am and will remain a 110% satisfied customer!!

Love these insoles!

5

I can't run without these insoles! I started wearing them about five years ago, and they make a huge difference in keeping away injuries (probably due to their ability to align my feet properly). I have weird feet: when sitting, I have a high arch, but when standing/running, my arch flattens out. These insoles support my running position and weird arch in my neutral cushioned shoe. I also feel more comfortable with them than without. They last about 6 months on an average of 25-35 miles/week (I rotate them every other pair of running shoes).

I was not used to wearing insoles when I had my first Shoe Dog appointment, so they felt weird initially. But after a few runs with them in, I hardly noticed they were in anymore and my feet did not hurt anymore. I'm sure the shoes had a lot to do with that too, but the insoles definitely helped improve my running. I recommend these types of insoles (depending on each person's feet) for everyone, rather than the inserts that come standard with most shoes.

Found my Perfect Insoles!

5

These are GREAT! I used to wear the green superfeet, but then I changed my running style from a heel striker to a midfoot/forefoot striker and found I needed more cushioning in the forefoot. These are a perfect fit! Love them! NOTE: Superfeet are not soft and mushy- they offer support and help with body alignment. So if that is what you are looking for these are for you!

Love them

5

I use these in my running shoes and in my in my daily wear shoes. Extremely comfortable and provide great support and good cushioning in the forefoot. I have 2 pairs of the pink superfeet and 2 pair of the blue and both are very good but the pink are more comfortable and provide a lot better cushioning. If you are a pronator or you need support and cushioning then these are for you.

Superfeet are Super!

4

I really like these Superfeet insoles. I'm a newbie to running and finding these now is great. I can really feel the difference in my posture and my alignment. My feet & arches don't hurt anymore. I really notice the support they give me and I also feel like I have a little better form now. Great product!

"Part of buying new running shoes"

5

I love the support and comfort I get from wearing Superfeet Berry Insoles. I buy a new pair everytime I buy new Running shoes. I run about 36 miles/week. I buy a new pair of running shoes every 5-6 months. Superfeet Berry Insoles make a big difference for me. I can't imagine running without them.

Very comfy insoles!

4

I have high arches and slight supination. I am also blister prone and land on my forefoot and not my heel. These insoles are great for all of the above. The only reason I did not give them a five-star rating is that they squeak. This is the second pair I have had and although very good for all my afflictions, the squeak needs to be masked. I would still recommend them to other runners, just encourage them to wear headphones.

A running essential

5

These have become a requirement in my running routine. I don't wear shoes without them. I have a low arch but supinate, and the orthotics support my arch and prevent pain. I wear them with a pair of neutral shoes, and the support and cushioning is the perfect combination for me.

I have plantar fasciitis. ...

5

I have plantar fasciitis. It is very painful to walk on my left foot. I even had surgery in 2005! These inserts have helped me greatly! I have little/no pain with these inserts. I put my inserts in to the NIKE air pegasus+25. I am 5'6" and 130 pounds. I am a neutral walker. I have high arches. I advice going with a plus running shoe along with these inserts. They both work together beautifully for lots of cushion and support!

Yummy Berries!!

5

I tried the green ones. . . I tried the blue ones . . . both hurt my feet. These berry insoles are perfect! They provide just enough support and stability without being too stiff or feeling like a mountain under my arch. I run approximately 25 miles a week and I have berry happy feet!!

perfect addition to my running shoes

4

Use these in all of my running and training shoes. Sizing was perfect, no need to cut them. Gives that extra little added support that makes all of the difference in comfort.

Add stability to neutral shoes

Really needed help after I used jazz shoes for barefoot running on a treadmill last Feb. My feet were seriously upset with me. These helped me heal. It is nice to know I have them if I do something stupid again...........

I can do long runs with no foot pain!

5

As a 35+ mileage runnner with knee and foot pain, I have been searching for the perfect running shoe/insert/orthotics for a long time. This is my 4th pair of inserts trying to find something that stops forefoot pain in long runs. Finally, something that really works and isn't overkill! The superfeet Berry gets me through my long runs (and all other runs) pain free. No knee pain, no forefoot pain, no heal pain! I have many great pairs of running shoes, but still had issues past 8-10 miles/per run. I just ran 13 yesterday in complete comfort with the superfeet! If you are high arch, you might want to try these before spending big money on Orthotics!

I got these from Fleet ...

1

I got these from Fleet Feet, beware of the type of shoe you are putting these in. The salesperson had me in a stability shoe with the superfeet. My feet killed after running and major pain has developed in my heels and up the back of my legs. I went to another running store to get another opinion and this salesperson told me to stop wearing the superfeet because it was too much stability.

Wouldn't run without these

4

I used to believe that inserts were unnecessary but now I can't run without them. I run about 15 miles a week - 5 miles 3x week. Before superfeet inserts my arches and knees hurt. I've always had bad knees but I've found that I experience less pain with them in my running shoes. This is my first pair of berry inserts, I've always used green in the past but so far so good. They are comfortable, provide the necessary support and help me run without pain. I'm a fan of superfeet inserts, they are the best!

Love them

5

One of the shoes I bought, I really loved! They're not good for all day wear. I just wanted to buy a pair for walking around. But after an hour or two of wearing the shoes I started to have pains all over my body. Until I got introduced to Superfeet. They work magic! I use them for all day in any shoes and never have a problem or footpain! So if you're having problems with any shoe, replacing the shoe may not be a problem, but get insoles really resolves it!

Great for my achilles injury

5

I started running with the Superfeet berry about 5 years ago - my physical/massage therapist was treating me for an achilles injury, and he recommended the blue superfeet. I used those and then learned about the women's specific insoles and started using them. Now if I try to run without them, I get arch and achilles pain once more. So I think they must be aligning my feet correctly. I won't run without them now!

Good

5

This is my second pair of these insoles and I use them in my running shoes, even when I'm not running. I wear my running shoes a lot, as my feet are the happiest in them (my feet have an aversion to shoes...). I feel that they do their job. They are comfortable and supportive. I've ditched my expensive pair of custom orthopedic insoles and went back to these. I am prone to plantar fasciitis and these seem to help. They are not magic, but with a good care of your calf muscles and these insoles, if you have medium to high arches like me, you'll be OK. Happy trails...

Helped metatarsalgia

4

I've used these insoles for 2 months so far so I've put 200-225 miles on them. They have helped the metatarsalgia that I've battled since last fall. I can't attest to the durability yet, but they are worth the money to me as my foot pain is not as bad. BTW, I wear them with Asics Kayano 17. I am average size, a little on the short side:)--5'2, 118 pounds but needed the support with my foot. I'm hoping they'll extend the life of the shoes, too.

Not Enough Cushion For Running

2

I needed something with arch support that had cushioning for running. These were extremely rigid and had no cushioning whatsoever. It was like waking with a hard piece of plastic beneath your arch. I wore them one time for a short 5 mile run and woke up with extreme knee pain the next morning. Sent them back immediately. NOT recommended for running any distance at all.

Give it a try

5

I've gone through several foot issues (PF) that were quite painful causing tears when I ran. The dr recommended Superfeet. I finally got over that and stopped wearing Superfeet then I developed another injury. Again I was told I need to always wear the Superfeet. I have been and now run injury free. I will not stop wearing them again.

THIRD Pair and Still Going Strong!!

4

I have bought this type of insole 3 times, and plan to continue to use them in the future. I recently spent a month abroad in Europe and used these daily. Great support and will continue to use them in my sneakers. I recommend these for walkers, hikers, runners and travelers who need support.

Great insole!

5

This is the seventh insole I have tried and these work great for pronation control. I have plantar fasciitis and after running in these for about 2 months, my plantar fasciitis is getting much better. I find them light weight and offer the support I need. They are worth trying.

My Ankle feels better already

5

I previously fractured my ankle and my doctor recommended this insert for support during my recovery and every day walking. I forget I have an insert, I feel more support while walking and my arch is not sore at the end of the day.

A great solution for flat feet

5

I have worn these for years. They work so much better than the orthotics the military made me. I put the new ones in my running shoes and the older ones in my every day shoes. I have yet to wear a pair out.

What a difference these made!

5

I bought these to replace my insoles for my aerobic shoes. I do a lot of high impact and lateral moves and these stay put and offer great support. My legs and feet no longer ache after class. Wish that I found them sooner.

Good insoles

4

Been having some annoying knee problems and I bought these insoles based on recommendations from trainer and other runners. This is my first week using them but they seem very supportive ( yet comfortable). My only complaint is that they squeek when I walk!

not for high arches

1

I have high arches, and need arch support and extra cushioning in the fore foot. These insoles provide neither. They lack arch support and do not provide enough cushioning in the forefoot. They are not comfortable. I tried them in my running shoes made for high arches.

I was never much of a runner before I started a fitness bootcamp. I got fitted for new sneakers and these inserts. After 1 month I developed pain in both my heels and major pain continued in my right heel (plantar fasciitis). I switched to the insert straps and within 3 weeks the pain was gone. These inserts have a plastic heel to them under all the cushion that may have caused my "injury" - just be careful!
