like the padding vs the green one. I dremel the plastic back to match my arch length (short arch, long toes) so never get blisters.

Little forefoot cushion. Good support of arch and heel but where the plastic on the bottom ends and forefoot padding begins they flexed rubbing blister on bottom of rt foot. I run 15 miles weekley 5'10" 265lb
