I was recommended these originally for my running shoes. Not sure why the salesperson offered me neutral shoes when I overpronate and needed a stability shoe, but these orange inserts definitely helped. Unfortunately, my arches are fairly low and the orange is a bit too high for me and they are also rather thick, so it "lifts" you up on the shoe and makes the fit different. I recommend only for those who have medium to high arches (as the product suggests).

I now use these for my very flat Vans skater shoes, which makes my feet feel fantastic! I use the blue Superfeet for my cycling shoes and running shoes.

I use these in my running shoes after I had a pornation problem. I started out using them for underan hour a day. After 2 weeks my knees felt better and I was used to the feeling in my arch. They take a while to get used to(about 2 weeks) and you may feel some sorness but it is worth it.

I dremel the plastic back to match my arch length (short arch, long toes) so never get blisters.

A good product. Not as much arch support as A-Line inserts, but a great value for the price. Excellent heel support/control.

These are comfortable enough. The problem with them is they squeak very loudly. I've never had this problem with other insloes.

I was suffering from very tender heels (felt like a bruise or a bone spur); after a month of using these in almost any shoe I had, the problem is gone.

These are the right combination of cushioning and support. I run 30-35 miles per week and they have held up nicely.

Little forefoot cushion. Good support of arch and heel but where the plastic on the bottom ends and forefoot padding begins they flexed rubbing blister on bottom of rt foot. I run 15 miles weekley 5'10" 265lb
