I was recommended these originally for my running shoes. Not sure why the salesperson offered me neutral shoes when I overpronate and needed a stability shoe, but these orange inserts definitely helped. Unfortunately, my arches are fairly low and the orange is a bit too high for me and they are also rather thick, so it "lifts" you up on the shoe and makes the fit different. I recommend only for those who have medium to high arches (as the product suggests).

I now use these for my very flat Vans skater shoes, which makes my feet feel fantastic! I use the blue Superfeet for my cycling shoes and running shoes.

I use these in my running shoes after I had a pornation problem. I started out using them for underan hour a day. After 2 weeks my knees felt better and I was used to the feeling in my arch. They take a while to get used to(about 2 weeks) and you may feel some sorness but it is worth it.

After 21 years of moving heavy objects my knees are worn out. I now work in retail spending 8 hours a day on my feet. My footwear needs to help support my knees so I can make the entire shift. These insoles seem to be controlling the tendency for my knees to bow out. I've used them a week and my knees are doing better. Seems to be a good investment.

I have a high arch and found Superfeet Orange to be the perfect complement to almost all of my footware. I have these in my hiking and trail running shoes. I prefer the Superfeet Orange (over other brands) due to the rigid support they provide.

I'm 6'4 250 and run trails... lots of up and down, steep hills, roots, rocks, stones, logs. Trail shoes allow heal bruising on rocks. These insoles are the solution. I love the plush feel and the solid support. My bruised heal didn't hurt running with these. I ran a little faster first time wearing them and really noticed faster recovery time. Will they hold up under my weight?? I don't care I love the way my feet felt running so much I will never run again without them. I'll buy more as ofter as I have to.

It gives good support for my feet because I tend to over pronate. The problem is that it is thicker than the regular insole and my foot does not fit as snug anymore. It's something that I can get used so it's minor, just not ideal.

Prefer R Gear Cushion insole, but size F no longer listed. Not enough cushion, make shoe too stiff in the heal compared to cushion insoles that are way more comfortable. Made the mistake of waiting to install in new shoes after I wore out the old shoes 8 months later. I use the old insoles in new shoes. High arches and narrow feet. Used in size 14 Saucony Powergrid Triumph 10s.

I have very high arches. The stock insoles most running shoes come with are never enough. I'm in my upper 40's and run 15-25 miles per week. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past; as long as I use Superfeets, it doesn't recur.

Much prefer another product that has no rigid plastic cradle and has more cushioning. The Roadrunnersports "Bounce" insole previously called the "cushion" and the "arch". The other one absorbs more energy, offers more support, flexes more and does not compress noticeably over time.

The Orange Super Feet seem to have a lower arch support than the Blue Super Feet. I don't know about the durability just yet because I haven't had them long enough. The insole does take up a lot of space within your shoe.

I use these every day. Had a pair that lasted the best part of a year, then it started to wear at the heel. They are not that light, but they provide support that feels great. I pronate and I use these with stability shoes. They also work in my Nike Pegasus (Neutral's) to give me support when I want a lighter shoe.

I got these for my son in jr high to wear in his everyday school shoes. he was complaining of tired feet at 12! Now he says his shoes feel better and his feet don't bother him. At his age, playing multiple sports, why wait til he has a problem with his feet. We are going to put super feet in all of his shoes to help keep him in good shape going forward.

A good product. Not as much arch support as A-Line inserts, but a great value for the price. Excellent heel support/control.

These are comfortable enough. The problem with them is they squeak very loudly. I've never had this problem with other insloes.
