I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis for some time now. The pain is on and off. This little ball gives me quick relief when it suddenly starts aching. It's convenient too, I can just pop it in my bag. I carry it around and use it at home and at work under my desk.

I use the foot ball after my runs or whenever my feet are hurting a bit. It seems to help, at the least the pain in my feet goes away for the day. My cat enjoys it too...

This is a GREAT tool at a GREAT price. I have add trouble with plantar fasciitis and golf balls were too hard, tennis balls not hard enough and the frozen water bottle simply wasn't doing the trick either. This feels wonderful!! It "lives" by the chair and everyone in the house uses it. I even started rolling it around over my calf and shin area and it feels great. Going to buy another for my son to see if it helps with his shin splints. I only wish it came in a slightly larger size (for those lower legs).

always used a golf ball to roll under my feet...this rubz is WAY better and you can put it in the freezer if you want an icy after run foot rub.

Love this thing - easy to use - can sit and relax!!! Small and compact - feels great on my arch!!!! I have low arch, and subsequent ankle tendonitis that will not go away! This is the next best thing to a foot massage!!!

Have had Tendonitis on bottom of foot so bad I could not put weight on it. Have used a soup can and a tenns ball to loosen tendons on bottom of foot. This seems to work better.
