Runner with 60+ marathons over 25 years. Body fat number is 1.5 - 2 % lower than other measurement techniques for me but this is similar to all resistance measurement numbers I have had over the years. Hydration numbers are very helpful...hydration is problem when running in winter.
Wife is using it for tracking weigh loss.

This scale was easy to set up and program for different users. The display is clear and there is an audible sound that lets you know when it is ready to weigh. Buttons to select users are easy to use. It seems to give consistent readings and respond to expected weight changes. There is memory that retains previous readings which I use to track trends.

it's neat to have % body water, I go up and down on weight and alot of it is water weight - really I'm ok with muscle weight rather than fat, this helps me keep track better than a regular scale.
