This cap extremely light and comfortable - well beyond my expectation when I bought it as a daily treat. I run 35~40 miles a week; and most of the time I forget I'm wearing it.

The materials consist of a couple of different tech fabrics including a really thin cloth (almost transparent) for most of the upper dome (white) and some sort of mesh (the color stripe); both wick moisture very well. The underbill is made of a black, stretchy tech material that beads water and stays dry - so I can run glare-free in sunny days. Additionally, there's a reflective stripe that goes right on top of the color mesh stripe all the way around. It's safe to assume that a motorist can see this hat in the dark, before seeing anything else I wear. Last but not least, this hat dries fast and stays in shape. I usually just run it through water after my run, and hang it dry overnight before my next morning run.

This makes a perfect running accessory for the summer, as well as a nice gift for others that run!

What more can I say, if you love asics brands you can't go wrong..Lightweight, breathable, reflective, nice strong bill..Great for any competive sport..I use all asic brands and love these hats..Nice adjustable strap and comfort.

Good adjustable training cap. It's breathable, and good reflective properties. I just replaced my 15yo RRS cap with this one. Good for another 15.

I got this this hat in black and find it is great in many respects. It's stylish, breathable, lightweight and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there is not much reflective trim and as such does not give me any real additional visibility. I will still use this hat but I will be getting another one with more reflective trim for nighttime runs instead.

good looking hat, light and well made. Serves the purpose perfectly. Keeps the sun off the face; dark undersurface of visor cuts glare and reflection. Light enough to allow ventilation and moisture release. Great price for the product.

Living in the South and the warmer/hotter weather approaching, I was looking for a lightweight cap for running, whether morning or evening. The Asics Elite Run Cap fit my needs. I've never been let down by any Asics product and this was no exception. Its breathable, lightweight, and the band soaks up sweat which is perfect for the coming summer months. It drys quickly and it works well for evening runs with its reflectivity. The only way I see to improve is by adding more color variations.
