Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Suffering as I do with Reynaulds Syndrome, I am sceptical about anything which doesn't need heating up in the microwave (i.e, heated pads which you hold in your hands). I researched extensively for these mittens and they were so worth it. I used them in temps of approx 4oC on my woodland run yesterday and my hands were warm and sweaty within about 15 minutes. I never thought I'd have to use the mesh side but I did yesterday. I'm still stunned that they are so good!

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Really warm...but tight, unisex sizing doesn't work to well for a guy with big hands.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I live in the Northeast and run at least 3 times per week. I struggle to keep my hands warm on days below 30F. I have used these mitts down to 20F with a 15 mph wind and they worked great. Kept my hands warm and I love the two compartment idea that allows me to switch my fingers to the breathable mesh portion if they get too warm. Only downside, as stated by other reviewers, is they run small. I bought the large size and find them tight fitting over the wide part of my hand. Once they are on, they fit me well, but they don't have a lot of room to spare.
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I don't have particularly large hands, but I was unble to get these XL size gloves on. Maybe they are XL for women or perhaps for men in some other area of the globe, but not here.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I was looking for a mitten that wouldn't be too warm on a run, but would still keep my hands comfortable with temps in the 20s, and this seemed like an excellent match. I read the reviews and bought the largest size (I often wear a men's medium in gloves because women's gloves sizes aren't large enough). As others noted, the cuff is very tight, but it's the rest of the mitten that's too small for the intended use. I have to stop and struggle with the mitten to switch from the inner, warmer, mitten to the outer mesh sleeve. Once I have it adjusted, it works well, but it's not a quick-change artist. The warmth is perfect for what I was looking for, though.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I was looking forwrd to wearing these mittens, but I could not get my hand inside. I typically wear a men's large, but these felt like a men's small.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Finally, after 3 other pairs of gloves I've found a winner. These mittens are incredible and keep not only my hands but fingers warm as well.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I really like these mittens. The cooler compartment at the front of the mitten is really nice to slip your fingers into if your hands are getting a little warm but not warm enough to not wear mittens at all. The thumb made of terrycloth is genius. My only complaint about them is that the cuff seems to be a little small for my hand size (although my hands fit comfortably inside the mitten), which makes taking them off mid-run a little awkward. But, overall, I really like them.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: The fit is too tight around the wrist, which makes it very difficult to get on and off. I even went up to a size large, but still had the same problem.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Have been searching for good mittens for running that keep my fingers warm. Early morning runs in Rochester can get mighty cold. Theses are the best so far. The fleece inside is great. Run a little small but still fit me ok. Fingers do not get too hot, but certainly feel reasonably warm. Only cold when we are talking sub-zero.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: I live in Wisconsin and run outside all winter long. These mittens are the best - I cannot believe how windproof they are even though they appear to be made of some type of fleece. I like the little vented chamber too where you can cool off your sweating hands without having to remove the whole mitten. My only caution is that they seem to run a little small - I normally order a size small in mittens and gloves but for these I needed a medium.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: My hands use to be cold for the first 10 minutes of my run before I bought these gloves. Now they are never cold. In fact, I am usually sweating after 10 minutes! I highly recommend them.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: [...]Mittens are fantastic but I think they do run small so order a size up when ordering. Love this company.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Advertized as a "L" with no reference to mens or women. It's clear after receiving that the product should have been "L Women". My hands (male) are between a small and medium and thought a large would be great for cold runs, but it takes good effort to get on. I'll be returning and continuing the search for a good light weight mitten that can be used in cold weather. Idaho

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: These mittens have worked well so far. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and have poor circulation in my fingers, but these mittens have managed to keep my fingers warm through almost any weather conditions this winter. I also wore them for a half marathon with temperatures around the freezing mark and they worked well. My major complaint is that the largest size is still difficult to get on my large hands. Also, I find it difficult to move my hands if I place them inside the front pocket for greater breathability.

Comments about ASICS Ecoline Fleece Mitten Handwear: Very warm -- has 2 options: one option gives max warmth and other provides more breatability, but less warmth.
