Bought first pair last summer while in Iraq. Ran 25-30 miles a week. Weigh 170 pounds. Footsleeve really adds to comfort/stability. Held up extremely well in harsh conditions. Now on second pair. Still a NB and Ascis fan but these are my new favorites.

Started running in 1978 and these may be the worst shoes I have ever tried. Have been running in Mizuno Inspire, but wanted a change. The UA's sent shock waves up my shins and vibrated my legs. Moved on to Puma.

The attached tongue (footsleeve) did a great job holding my heal in place and preventing any slippage. I am a 190 lbs 30mpw runner and have gotten 450 miles out of my pair of illusions. Nice debut shoe for Under Armour.

Good, solid shoe. I'm 260 pounds and I use these for working out and standing all day on concrete. The only drawback, and it's about the same with any sneaker, is that there's little ankle support.

I bought the Illusion based on the UA name, which proved to be a poor decision, as I returned them after two runs. The foot bed was stable enough, but could have had a bit more cushion for my taste. The upper was breathable, but failed to provide the stability that I look for in a stability shoe and the sock liner was so short that the laces tied at the very top of it. I would look for UA to improve on their first effort.

Great shoe - Light, amazing airflow (compared to Asics), great stability, and comfort. I would recommend buying.

Very breathable, fast feel in the forefoot, although still not that light. I feel like I'm landing more on my midfoot with this shoe, which is a good thing. Overall, I am pleased although I'm not sure about the overall durability, as I am already seeing some wear after 100 miles.

The WORST shoe I have ever worn after wearing Asics stability shoes for the past twenty years. I felt as if I was running on planks. They have little flexibility and cusioning. The upper is its only redeeming quality. I am going to return them and never get a silly notion that Under Armour ("we must protect this house!") would ever be able to produce anything other than a cross trainer for football players.

Feels like a very good shoe for me. Lightweight and supportive. The upper is very breathable and comfortable. Very flexible and has a really smooth heel to forefoot transition. The midfoot fit is great with the "footsleeve" and the sole feels very responsive. All around a very good 1st effort from Under Armour.
