Works beautifully and fits loosely, like t-shirts I grew up running in, rather than the snug clingy look-at-my-exact-contours fit which I personally cannot stand (and I'm sure other people don't want to see it at this stage of my life either). I'm 5'1", 120 lbs and the Small is perfect. The mesh in back is somewhat see-through with the yellow color, but not in a bad way, and at 5:30AM who cares. I'd buy one for each day of the week if they came in other bright colors. Pros

I was looking for a shirt that doesn't chafe my arm when I go on long runs. I picked this one up because it was so light and looked like it could dry quickly. I LOVE this shirt. Went on my 20 miler and no chafing. You barely know you are even wearing a shirt. So comfortable. I highely recommend this shirt.
