I've used the Men's UNDER ARMOUR® COLDGEAR® INFRARED STORM RUN JACKET during the winter out here in Afghanistan. The temps were usually 23-27 degrees and 3-5 knot winds. The jacket is warm and I did not feel any weather. I wore just one layer under the jacket and was comfortable during the run. As for the fit, its a little bulky in the center. The zipper failed on my firs jacket after a year of use.
