I was excited to see WHITE running shorts! I bought these shorts for a running costume. I'm currently training in them (along with the 3" pair of shorts) four days a week, over 20+ miles/week, and LOVE them. They are light weight, feel like compression shorts (I purchased XS), and don't chafe!!

Keep in mind, these shorts are white. They are see through if you wear anything under them. Thankfully the fabric is great at wicking away the moisture.

I'm turning 60 this year, and short shorts are just not for me. The length of these compression shorts are perfect - not too long, but not so short as to feel revealing. The wide band at the top doesn't make a muffin top, like the other UA compression shorts I had before. They do run somewhat small, so size up, as I wear a small in most things, but shorts I go with a medium.

I initially bought this product to wear under my regular running shorts to prevent chafing on my leg where the edge of the shorts hit, and to absorb sweat. Then I wore them without the shorts. Worked great! Comfortable - I am not aware of my legs/shorts at all! Only downside is there is no way to adjust the waist. I suggest a drawstring like in regular running shorts.

I was going to return these because I realized I already owned a shorter version of these shorts. I needed a pair for Bikram (hot) yoga and I'm so glad I wore these. After 90 minutes of bending into pretzel poses in 105 degree heat, these shorts were damp while everything else I wore was saturated. The compression was excellent; just enough. They have a lot of spandex so you might want to size down; depending on how you want them to fit. I love these shorts and wish they came in additional colors.
