      I've started using this in below 20 degree weather, and it works great. Even ran with it in a 18 degree 10K and was warm as a bug. When I wear this I wear the bottom part so that it covers my cheeks and chin, and it fits comfortably. I don't cover my mouth, but instead have it come up right to my bottom lip.
