This shoe is the perfect barefoot shoe for work, and causal. It takes a bit to get used to unless you ware barefoot shoes to work out or run in, but after a few wears they are great. I work in a school so I'm constantly standing and walking and Vivobarefoot has officially become work day shoe, unless it's raining. I Love RRS but you need to use the size chart on the Vivobarefoot site, it lists 12 as a 45 so that's what I ordered and they fit like a glove.
