Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: I am a 27 year old female and I use the KSO to run at least 2-3 miles about 3 times a week on pavement. I decided to try them because I heard they were low impact on your knees and I was having trouble with knee pain. I was not a dedicated runner before these shoes because I always ended up with shin splints, knee pain, etc... After running in the KSO's for about a year I feel great. It takes quite a while to build up the proper muscles in your calves so be careful! There is a great study by Harvard on barefoot running that gives some good training advice - just google it. Anyway, I have no shin splints, no knee pain and I can run farther than I've been able to since high school. I love these shoes.

Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: Your feet will either LOVE them immediately or they are not for you. Great for days off after 12-16 hours on my feet in the hospital. FYI, the blue camo is actually a turquoise color NOT true blue. I use the KSO (keep stuff out) for running, the trek sport for hiking and everyday, and the Komodo for walking and cooler weather.
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: I usually buy my running shoes a half size too big to avoid toe issues. The size I typically buy in regular runners is a 9.5, so that's the size I went with on the sizing chart for these. Following the sizing chart, I got a size 40. They are too short on the left and really gave me problems with my toes and heel. They easily feel to be a half to full size too small. Thankfully RRS has a great return/exchange policy and I can return them for something that fits better!

Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: These shoes are great for working all the muscles in your feet. They need to be worked into gradually and so you will have to cut back on your original miles if you plan to run or walk in these shoes. Do this for at least the first couple weeks.

Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: I had not run in about two years and wanted to start back this year. I had heard so much about the fivefingers and finally decided to give them a try. Well, much to my surprise, I love them. It's like they were made for my feet. I never had one problem getting into them as my toes automatically spead and went almost right into each whole. The only concern is that they run a little short, however, I judged what size to get by one of the reviews I read, so they aren't bad. My next pair I will just get a size larger. All in all, they are perfect

Comments about Womens Vibram FiveFingers KSO Running Shoe: These are my first pair of Vibram Five Fingers and I love them! I haven't worn them for running yet because I love my Saucony Hurricanes, but if I know I'm going to do a lot of walking, these are my go-to shoes. They are so comfortable and really protect my feet. I've had them for 4 months and have gotten A LOT of use out of them. They do take a little time to get on. And they don't keep your feet warm in cooler weather. I won't wear these much in the MN winter, but they are staples for the other 3 seasons!
