        I run in these on a terrain trainer for miles every day - absolutely love them. I have arthritis in my feet so bad that I can never find shoes that don't hurt - plus I have very wide feet. These not only don't hurt, but they are the only thing that allows me to run daily with no pain! These make the difference between being able to run, and not running. I highly recommend them.

        Since I can't take the impact of road running, I have not tried them outdoors. They would not be suitable for trail running, in my opinion.

          I recently became interested in barefoot running and thought I would give these a shot. They are great shoes! Very comfortable and light weight. Once you get the hang of it they are very easy to put on. I have used these at the gym and road running. You have to build up your mileage slowly because your feet/legs will be sore! My feet do get kind of hot in them but it's really not noticeable when running. If you are interested in "barefoot shoes" I highly recommend these!

              I ran a Tough Mudder in these, and they did FANTASTIC. Previous reviewer said they weren't good for trails, I disagree. I run on the prairie path, treadmill, races through the city, and TM's. Running on a harder surface takes some getting used to, especially if you run half marathons like me. You may need some extra support for the balls of your feet if you are not used to the constant pounding on a hard, non-giving surface.

              Bottom line - I recommend these to everyone I see.
