I first purchased this brand of sock about 6 years ago from Road Runner Sports when they were on sale. I wear these socks every day I run at least 4 miles a day and have found them to retain their shape and comfort. They protect from blistering and provide just the right amount of cushion. I just recently got a hole in one of the toes of the originally purchased socks. I will being ordering new socks, same brand, love the ultimax.

These are much thicker than the Triathlete socks. They gave me blisters before they were broken in, and their thickness can be a hinderance on longer runs.
