I have searched for years for ear buds that don't fall out when I'm running. I took a chance on Yurbuds and am very pleased. I've been using them for about 5 months now and have never once had them fall out. I will say that I removed the piece that wraps around the ear because it didn't fit properly and I didn't need it anyway. They stay in place great without it!
There is also a clip to keep the wire from flying around, which is very helpful. Sound quality seems to be good (although I'm no stereophile)- better than my previous Skullcandy buds.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the silicone tends to attract dust (and ear wax - keep your ears clean!). I would definitely recommend these to anyone and will be buying them again in the future!

I have searched for a long time for an earbud/earphone that wouldn't fall out. This is the first one I have tried that actually stays in my ear canals. I have narrow ear canals and my right canal takes off at a bizarre angle. As a result, I have never been able to find an earbud that will stay in despite how many different sizes of rubber grommets the manufacturer includes. Even high end earbuds (i.e. Dr Dre) fall out. The sound might be superb but when the earbuds fall out every 15-20 seconds the sound quality becomes irrelevant. The shape of these buds fits the ear canal sort of like a hearing aid. The plastic composition of the bud keeps them slipping out of my ears during my long runs, whereas the rubberized tip buds have always failed me. What's weird is that when I properly seat the bud into my right ear, I can't use the over-the-ear loop because of the bizarre angle of my ear canal relative to the ear lobe. So on the right, the over-the-ear loop actually sits off my ear lobe and yet the bud stays in place. It looks rather strange but I'm ecstatic that I have finally found a pair of buds that I can put in and forget during my runs.

The earbuds won't stay in/on my ears. I actually stopped at a Yurbuds booth recently at an expo, asking the guy if I was putting them in wrong, and he commented that he wishes they would take them off the market since they're so bad. If I actually get the bud in my ear, I go to adjust the ear and it pops the bud out. Messing with the ears during a run can totally ruin your rhythm.
