I have used these arm sleeves for training runs and in a recent half marathon I participated in. They work well at keeping circulation in the arms and add an extra layer for warmth as well. I do recommend them, although they did snag pretty easily so I'm not sure how long they will last.

These were perfect for my marathon last weekend. It was so cold and windy at times that the sleeves kept my skin protected, but definitely easy to peel down when the sun was stronger. I will wear these all winter long!!!

These sleeves are great - the fabric is soft and comfortable, and they definitely help keep your arms warm on those cooler days when it's too cold for short sleeves, but not quite cold enough for a jacket. Perfect!

Unlike other white sport materials, such as a wicking shirt, these arm compression sleeves stain. I used these arm sleeves during a marathon and discovered the sport drink being served at the water stations stained my compression sleeves. I now have pink sleeves instead of white. Otherwise the sleeves are soft and comfortable. They are not overly constricting, yet at the same time are not so loose as to not do the job. Bottom line: get black not white.

It's a good feeling having this arm sleeve in your arms but most arm sleeve in the market can give you the same feeling. The most important in any kind of sleeves is the fit. Zensah arm sleeve fits well but it doesn't stay in place because it didn't incorporate the silicone no-slip grip like other arm sleeve. It keeps falling when you move so much. Arm sleeves should also be made specifically for left and right arms.

I love these! Very comfortable. No tight elastic at the top to pinch but they still stay put. Fabric is just right and keeps me warm but is also not too thick and is very breathable. I love that I can roll them down when I warm up. My new favorites

I love wearing these on chilly mornings. As I warm up I can remove the sleeves and tuck them into a pocket or my backpack. They're especially nice on long runs. It makes all more short sleeve running shirts double as long sleeves. I have three pairs.
