    Great shoe for triathlon racing. Quick pull to tighten. Doesn't always tighten the whole foot and may be a little loose still. Light. Fits like a glove. No suppport, but none needed if just doing a sprint or maybe olympic tri. I tried to race a road race in them and not the best heel to toe transition. Definitely, not enough support for training runs.

      This is a superior quick transition shoe meant for sprint and short distance Tri's. Excellent feel and comfort lets you get out of T2 very very fast with confidence for a high paced run to the finish. Recommend at least four to five runs to break-in and establish form before use at first race. Wish I had these shoes last month, they would have taken 2 to 3 minutes off my 5K run time! They are that good!

        Really a great shoe! I've done a number of IM 70.3 events in this shoe and no issue running the half-marathon distance. I have trained in these shoes up to 30-35 km and they did OK, but probably a bit too minimal for most runners at the marathon distance. This is one of the few shoes I've ever had that I find comfortable bare-footed. I've had 2 pairs and the Ultra prior to that.
