      I frequently race in sprint triathlons and duathlons. This shoe is so comfortable and light. I wouldn't recommend going a half size up as suggested. It's not for people like the one reviewer who said it went well with jeans. This is a racing flat for triathletes and is meant to be pulled on quickly in transition and have enough support for the run. Which is exacatly what it does. I would buy several more pairs if I could find them, but it's a limited edition.
