Overall I was very pleased with this sports bra. I like the thin straps and the low cut style on the chest. I have worn it on several longer runs (5-8 miles)in hot weather and haven't had any chafing. I definitely agree that those higher than a B cup should not use this bra for running or other high impact exercise, but it is perfect for A and B cups.
