Comments about Pro-Tec Athletics Foam Roller 6 X 35 Injury Recovery:
I got this foam roller in early May after developing IT Band Syndrome while training for a 20k race in June. I have had this injury before and was resigned to rest for several weeks. I was ready to write off this race until I started using the foam roller religiously while I took a little over a week off training. I eased back into running while really working the injured area before and after each run. With two weeks until the race, I had completed a 10 mile training run with no pain.
Of course, this is only my experience. Your mileage may vary. I now use it for all my muscular aches and pains.
