I use them in all of my running shoes and generally change them out once a year. I have been nearly injury free since using them, I believe they are a solid solution to many running/feet ailments (for me it was plantar fasciitis)
I have recently used some old superfeet in golf shoes, and found that they leave me feeling a little better after a very long walking round.
If you are into the recent "free" running type experience, and have made the move to shoes that are minimal,..the superfeet are counter to that culture (IMO) as they add a bit of structure to the shoe
