I ran last season in the Tempo 6's after my beloved Mizuno Elixir were discontinued. I was anxiously waiting for the Tempo Boost to be released and do really like them. The Tempo 6's ran a bit big and lose so I had to wear a 7.5. I am back to my normal running size of 8 with this shoe. They have a more snug feel than the Tempo 6's but still lightweight with some mild stability. Have used for speed work and long run for marathon training- holding up great in the Chicago cold and snow.
