I have exclusively worn Asics Gel Kayano shoes for over 15 years. I walk/jog 6 miles, 5 days/week but I am not an athlete, just someone that wants to stay healthy. I have a large foot - women's size 11 and I wear custom orthotic inserts. The Asics Women's size 12 fits beautifully. Living in Colorado can provide different weather conditions and this shoe is ideal when the pavement is clear regardless of temperature. Some Gel-Kayano models have not been as comfortable but Asics got the Kayano 15 right. Because of my foot problems I wear the shoes 8-12 hours a day in addition to my exercise time. I have no complaints with them at all and have three new extra pairs from RoadRunner Sports in my closet ready when the ones I have on wear out since they are on the endangered species list.
Walking in God's beauty
My favortie shoes!!
I have ran in Nike's, Adidias, Newtons, mizunos, New balance. I always go back to my Kayanos. I have ran 3 marathons and 2 halfs in the 15's I have well over 500miles on mine and they have help up wonderfull. I did have a little ankel irrritation at first but wore high socks for a few runs and they broke in. One of the best fits, cushion and support I have ever found! I always go back to them. I am a midfoot runner and find them have great cushion in the midfoot. I think everyone is different and you have to try them yourself to see if they are for you.
Keeping up a great tradition
I have run in Kayanos since high school cross country/track. I made the mistake of downgrading to a lesser Asics model when I started running less frequently, thinking I didn't need something quite as powerful. However, I started developing problems with one of my hips. I suspected it may have been the shoes, so I returned to my first love--the Kayno. The first time I put these bad boys on, I actually felt the change instantly. I've been able to run for the first time in a year or so without having pain. I'll never forsake my Kayanos again.
The best running shoes I have ever owned
I run mainly on pavement, road. This shoe hugs my foot as if it were made specifically for me. I use these shoes for short runs, long runs, walks, and when they wear out I use them for my gym workouts too. They provide plenty of cushion without a lot of weight. I have some knee problems, but when I run in these shoes I do not experience any pain during or after the run. They kept me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I have nothing negative to say about these shoes.
I was training for the Disney World Marathon Jan 9, 2011 and have ran in a couple different shoes to train. Started out in Asics 2150, and they are great shoes with lots of cushion and some stability, but I had problems with my knees. I bought the Kayano 15's 2 weeks before my race, and put 30 miles on them, to make sure they would be ok for the race. They were great. Yes, there were aches and pains, but my knees felt great! They fixed my IT issues and I plan on ordering more of these!

Great... At first
Tried the 14s and some Nike's in the RR store. Went with Nike's for price and regretted the decision. Next pair bought the 15s. Immediately LOVED them. Felt like running on a cloud. No aches, splints, etc. Just as I was really improving my frequency and distances (couple months), I thought I got a stress fracture. Every step ached my hips and killed my shins. No stress fracture just worn out shoes. Happened too quickly and went from great to beat within about 3 miles. These shoes are great when new, but dont last. Would only recommend to someone who likes to replace their shoes often anyway.
Asics are awesome
This is my second pair of Asics Gel-Kayano 15's. I use them for marathon/half-marathon training. They fit with my orthodontics perfectly. The support is great and I enjoy that they are lightweight and don't need to be broken in. The one downside is the top mesh cushion. My toe always breaks through this mesh. This time, I've had to use duct tape on the inside of the shoe to prevent my toe from poking through. Hopefully it will last longer.

Like Coming Home
Been a Kayano devotee for years. I'm pretty light & not doing incredibly high mileage so figured I could try a lower level Asics model. No way. Too many years of running in the Kayano had me spoiled! After 2 weeks with the newbies I came home from a run, got on RoadRunnerSports.com & ordered up my best running partner.
When I put them on, they fit like a glove, are nice & light with that great cushioning I need. Aaaahhh. I'll never (ok, probably won't ever) stray again.

Runner shoe adjustment
Run 25-35 miles a week. Previous shoes wear & condition indicated I needed more stability. Research directed this purchase, but use will secure repeat purchases. And there was no "adjustment" period and no joint or muscle soreness to indicate problems. Most important they feel great and comfortable to run in. Purchase was secured and recieved within a few days. Thanks RRS
Tried to switch- ALWAYS go back to ASICS
Instant, I mean 'INSTANT' comfort the second you put them on out of the box. I use them for power walking, hiking through airports, or in general when I know I'll be on my feet for a lengthy time. They are stylish enough but wish they were a little higher and sassier looking(yes vanity speaking her - want to be taller with cute shoes when I work out). Tried to switch, but always go back to ASICS ... for years now.
The BEST shoe [...]
[...] the "original" Kayano 15s because I didn't like the fit of the new Kayano 16s.[...]I needed the shoe for a triathlon and they got it to me! I ordered a pair of 15s for my husband a few weeks later. The Kayano helps with pronation making me a better, faster runner. RoadRunner Sports is now my "go to" resource for running/workout gear!

I am back!
I am back to this shoe for my distance running, and I missed this reliable, comfortable, all around great stability shoe. I had a baby 6 months ago and have since been dealing with plantar fasciitis and this shoe has been so great for me to get back to with this condition. The only negative is that the arch support could be a bit higher, but with the plantar fasciitis I may need orthotics anyway.
Loyal Kayano runner for 12 years.
I have been loyal to the Kayano for 12 years. It was the first shoe I put on and I love them. I run 50 miles a week and need a new pair about every 3 months. Being a VIP of Road Runner I get a discount but still wish they were less expensive. I run all winter, in the rain and in the heat and never have a problem.

A Great Shoe
I have been wearing Asics Gel Kayanos for more than five years. I train in them year-round and run races about every other weekend. These shoes provide terrific support and cushioning. I buy a new pair 2-3 times a year, and I have never worn a hole in them (I do wear my running shoes about a size larger than street shoes). From daily runs to 5K's to marathons, these are the only shoes for me.
Another solid Asics shoe
I am very happy with these shoes so far. I have always worn the Asics Nimbus, but am currently pregnant and thought that with the added weight and looser tendons I might benefit from a shoe with a bit more stability. They felt a bit stiff compared to the Nimbus at first, but after a couple of runs I am finding them to be just as comfortable - I might continue with these postpartum!
Long time Kayano Fan
The Asics Gel Kayano has been my go-to shoe since 2003 and it never disappoints. I have walked marathons in it and run to the store in it. It's the best all-around shoe. I also wear orthotics and insoles, and this shoe accommodates them comfortably. I have tried other shoes to save money, but I always come back to the Kayano.

Holes in Uppers - But Still Love Them
I've only been using these shoes for about 5 months and there's already a small hole on my right foot where my big toe meets the shoe. I don't have long toe nails; keep them clipped pretty short. I've never had a shoe wear out there before. However, I still LOVE these shoes. They're super comfortable and help my hip joints. I only run about 9-12 miles a week.
Hundreds of Miles in these Shoes
I've owned several pair of the 15's and have been wearing the Kayano's for years. The 15 is by far my favorite and I am thrilled that it's now a classic so I can keep wearing it. The only problem I've had with this shoe is the hole that develops at my big toes - but that only happens at about the same time that I should be retiring the shoe anyways.
Can run again now that I have Kayanos
I developed plantar fascitis and tibial tendonitis and have to be very careful with running, running shoes, and a rest schedule. These are the ONLY shoes I can wear. Have improved my ankle and foot pain. They are comfortable right out of the box. I much prefer Kayano 15 to the newer 16s. The 15s have much more support.
I had nagging shins and knees untill I got these shoes. Unless I do something crazy on my runs the pain went away after I got these shoes. For me my regular size works fine. I did buy a 1/2 size larger for my longer runs (8-15 miles) and that seemed to feel better for me. For shorter run tho I stick with my normal size. So happy the price has gone down.
Love This Shoe!!!!!
I have this shoe in all of the colors that it was out in when the 15 was out before. I was so upset when this style was discontinued, because the 16's do not feel the same to me as the 15's did. I have ran in Asics for over 10 years, and this is my all time favorite shoe[...]I plan on stocking up on this shoe this time.
A DEPENDABLE SHOE
I have been using this specific shoe for 5 years of marathoning. I knew i needed a good shoe to keep me out on the road and away from injuries. It has been my go-to shoe for many long training runs and I don't plan on changing something that has worked so well.
Love this shoe!
I had the kayano 17 before this and like the 15's alot better. The 17's wore out really fast and the lining inside ripped out after 2 months. These feel more supportive and have been way more durable. I just ordered 2 more pairs as backups for when I wear my current ones out.

Solved my Running Problems!
Very very supportive shoes! I run 40+ miles per week and tend to have pain in my achilles, shins and knees. I've tried so many styles to ease the pain, and these are the only sneakers I can put on and have no worries about the pain!! I'm ordering 2 more pairs as we speak!! Highly recommended!!
Basking Ridge, NJ
I consistently wear this model of running shoe. Asics were highly recommended by my podiatrist and I've had fantastic luck. Only compliant is that because I wear them so frequently, they tend to wear out quickly. But generally last 6-9 months.
Womens Asics Gel-Kayano 15 Classic shoe
I really like this shoe because it is a sturdy shoe that fits well, has good support, and feels great as I run. I run daily, mostly pavement and I do not feel the impact on my knees when running in these shoes. I would definitely order this shoe again.
Kayano vs. GT 2150
I thought I would try the Kayano since I really like the last Asics I bought (GT 2150s)and the Kayano is recommended for slightly heavier runners. Overall, I still think I like the 2150s better. The toe box seems bigger, which I like, and it also feels lighter.
Been running in these for 2 years!
I've been running in this shoe for 2 years. Once the 16's came out, I tried them. I hated them! Went back to 15's. The only problem is they are hard to find given the 16's are out. Grab them if you can! Love them and won't wear antyhing else. I put about 25 miles per week on them.
Like the shoes, but do get holes.
Maybe its me, but all 3 pairs have developed holes above my big toes after a few months. I was interested in whether any of the other reviews mentioned it, and they do. I don't do a lot of running-- mostly intervals to get my heart rate up, and find these shoes are comfortable for walking and jogging.
I love this shoe!
I am training for a half-marathon and use this shoe exclusively. I over-pronate and use custom made orthotics. This shoe accomodates my inserts and keeps me from having shin issues. I tried to buy another pair, but unfortunately they are out of my size!

Love the Asics Gel running shoes, Love the way this Kayano 15 fits my foot... first running shoe in a long while that fits right, but I agree with everyone else posting reviews... they wear out and break down way to fast. Come on Ascis.... make them right again and stop being greedy and changing every year. Make a good shoe and stick with it!!!!

As the saying goes, they were great while they lasted! After discussion with the online rep, I bought these in a women's 10.5 narrow -- about the oddest size in existence. At 150#, running >30 miles/week, I needed something cushioned and supportive, which these definitely were. Compared to the K11's, which left huge blisters on me, and every one of the 2100 series, that felt wide enough to accommodate both my feet in one shoe, they were a dream. I did a 10 mile run straight out of the box with no problems. But what others have said about their rapid breakdown is 100% true. After a couple of months of very happy running, last week during a 12 mile workout, I could feel them degrading with each step, such that the last 3 miles, I felt like I was running on stumps. Now my ankles, knees, hips and low back are a mess and I'm cruising online for something to replace them. It used to be that running was one of the cheapest sports around, but at the rate these very costly shoes broke dow

I'm a wicked overpronator who wears custom orthotics, so I can't speak to the insoles that come with these shoes, but they have corrected my pronation well. When a shoe *overcorrects* my pronation, I'm prone to IT band pain, but my pre-existing pain has gone away after switching from the Kinetics to these. It could just be the shape of my foot, but I wish these had more lateral room in the toebox. Buying a longer shoe would cause other issues for me, but I feel like my big toes are pressed in just a bit. As I've run in these, the shoes have given way a bit and made the problem pretty much go away, but it was brutal for the first 3 or 4 runs. Also, others may think the ankle/heel comes up too high, but it's just enough with a custom orthotic in. I have noticed the heel doesn't mold to my own as well as it did with the Kinetics and Cumulus models. Will have to try the Kayano 16's to see if these items are improved or (yikes) made worse.

I have owned Kayanos for the last 3 generations and this one is even better than the rest! They're wonderful support for over-pronated feet and incredibly comfortable - I feel like I could run for days when I'm wearing them. None of the problems others mentioned. I guess every person's feet are different.

I was super excited to try out these shoes and have only heard good things. I saw a review of the updated Kayano 16 saying that they lowered the lateral ankle edge because rarely they got complaints of irritation. I am training for my first marathon so I went for an 8 mile run and wow, I guess I am one of those runners who unfortunately had major irritation on the outside ankle on both sides. they rubbed so bad I bled to the shoe. at first I thought it was because they were new yet with my second run the irritation was worse. this was something I never experienced before with the other Asics models. Disappointed but look forward to trying the Nimbus 11 like I originally wanted to buy (saleswoman talked me into the Kayano 15).

The forefoot cushioning is NON-EXISTENT, which is shocking since the Kayano is supposed to be the top of the line cushioning and support. Solyte is AWFUL. It feels like I'm running on a rock and it beat my feet up something terrible. It's one thing to end a long run because I'm tired, quite another when I have to stop because brand new shoes hurt the bottom of my feet so much. I have to go back to buying one of the classic shoes (Asics XI) so I can get the Speva cushioning again.

I have purchased 2 pair of these shoes. I was very disappointed in the overall quality. Both pairs developed very obvious wear spots on the inside heel about the size of a nickel, one within a month and the other within a couple of months. I am not a high mileage runner and I have not had this happen on any other pair of ASICS shoes I have ever worn. I am glad they are on the endangered list and would not recommend them to anyone, even on sale.

I mostly run half marathons. Ran 9 in '08. Been wearing the Kayano for years except for the 14 as they had made it wider. Loved the fit of the 15. BUT the Kayano with a reputation as having max cushioning and better support for the bigger runner really blew it with the 15. They reduced the "weight" of the shoe by altering (reducing) the cushioning. The result? A 3rd metatarsal stress fracture for me. I don't know if I'll ever purchase an Asics shoe again.

After reading a great many of the other reviews and paying close attention to what was said, negative and positve, I tried a pair. I've never owned any Kayanos before.
At First try in the shop, the shoes feel fabulous. Upon trying them on the sidewalk outside the shop for brief runs, I noticed that my left toe felt a little pinched, and felt like I could develope some hot spots, but I still loved the way the shoe had a fantastic combination of cushioning, support, stability and bounce. It seemed to adhere to my foot perfectly in every other way, that no other shoe ever had before. I had to buy them.
I ended up putting in my own orthodic, personally made for me by a podiatrist. I also made sure to use the best, cushioned running socks available. It made a huge difference, and the shoe is so light! I still have one concern: seems to be some lack of heal support - needs more cushioning around there for longer mileage. I'm not sure if I will like the shoe after a run of 6 miles or longer

I've been running in Mizuno Alchemys for the last 15 seasons- so when I was looking to switch over to Asics I would need stability. I really like the gel in the heel and the cushion of this shoe without it seeming heavy or wide, the angeled lacing allows for a closer fit (which I find comfortable) cause it forms more to YOUR foot, not the 'general' foot. These shoes have been working well for me, I knew I needed another pair when my last pair of Alchemys were 'dying' because my shin splints were getting really awful, i didn't even want to run! I love that as I get fatigued, the extra bounce carries me through, yet, it's not so bouncy that you don't feel secure. The shoe is perfection and worth EVERY penny.

When wearing my new 15's,I had intense pain on the left side of my foot in the arch area, spasms in the arch area, pain up into ankle area after both running and wearing on the elyptical. Something has changed in this shoe for the wrose. I've worn Kayanos for many years and never had pain.

I've worn the Gel Kayano for years. I'm not a hard core runner, but I do some jogging and each year I train for and walk in a 50 mile walk for charity (multiple sclerosis). Today, I tried on the Kayano 15s at the Road Runner warehouse, and for the first time I was really, thoroughly disappointed with the new and "improved" Kayano. As many other reviewers have noted the toebox seems a lot more snug and it hits at a different spot on the ankle. One walk around the store and I knew that sadly, the Kayano was no longer my shoe. I will say that I like the overall look of the new shoes better, but I don't wear 'em for looks. Thanks for the "improvements," ASICS.

Have been wearing Kayano a LONG time, but this is the first pair that I have had to return. The cushioning and toebox felt great (I even like the lacing!), but they changed where the shoe hits the ankle bone (not even using the farthest eyelet, was pressing/rubbing my ankle just terribly while walking around the house. Did not venture out for a run in these. Back in the box they go.

OK, so I'm not young anymore physically, & I'm new in dog agility, but these shoes are helping me with my speed & being stable. I agree with most that you should buy a half size bigger & there is plenty of room/width in the toe area. It's not sloppy on my feet - get the half size bigger. I don't know what's weird about the ties so much; they're not long & they don't get tangled or loose. I'm a bit overweight & have had knee & back surgeries, along with a hip replacement. I love the shoes. They make me feel safe & allow me to do the things I want to do. They're the most I've spent on any shoes so far, but worth it.

I love these shoes! I just switched from Mizuno Wave Creation 8 because I can't find them any more and the newer ones just don't work as well for me. This stability shoe is actually light enough for me and I think that it works well for my needs, despite the fact that I've always been in a neutral. I am 1/2 size smaller in these FYI. Love 'em!

These are hands down the best running shoes I've ever owned! I had a few pairs of the 14s and absolutely loved them, but I really like the added cushioning in the heel of the 15. These were great right out of the box, and the response is amazing...even on my longer runs! The new lacing system in the 15 also adds to the comfort and fit of these shoes. This is my 3rd pair!

I love these shoes. When I first tried them on and walked around the house I thought I was going to have to send them back because my big toes rubbed against the side of the shoes. The toe box seemed more narrow than the 14s, and I was expecting it to be bigger. I'm so glad that I went ahead and took them on a run because they actually stretched out and my toes didn't rub at all. Gel Kayanos are my favorite shoe and I thought I might have to switch because the 14s left me with a black 2nd toenail after every long run. These didn't irritate that toe at all! I'm very happy with them so far.

Loved the Kayano 14's. Had to switch to 15's when at mile 20 of marathon training (left shoe of 14 broke down and couldn't find another pair ;( ). Kayano 15's were an immediate good fit - not much breaking in - and am happy with them - BUT will agree with others that the toe box is tighter than 14 - ended up with a huge blister around edge of right large toe after the marathon. Everything else was perfect though.

Been running in gel kayano for years. Need good support and cushioning from a shoe. Run 30 miles a week. Bought the 15's and had felt the difference immediately. Had major blisters , first in the ankle and then the tops of my tees. Tje toe box is narrow and the lacing change is awful! The strip rubs on the foot. I completely laced them up eliminating the toe box It helped but the blisters still are there! Called the company, no response! Would not buy another one. Too expensive for the performance!

Loved the cushion and the look of the shoe. However after only two runs in them severe knee pain. Had to have MRI and xrays because my knee cap slipped out of place during a long stride. It seems the side lacing did not give my inner quad muscle enough support or imbalanced my quad muscles to cause this. Every time I lace them back up just to wear around the house to get my moneys worth I immediately have knee pain and have to take them off. I am convienced this shoe has damaged my knee! First time in 20 years I have been injured! I have not been able to walk or run on my knee and have been 9 weeks in physical therapy to fix it. BEWARE if you have delicate knees and DONOT by this new design. The 14s were fine these stink!

I have been wearing the Kayano series since 2006 and they keep getting better! The Kayano 15 is lighter than the 14 and I think the asymetrical lacing is a great idea. I have noticed that the sizing is different in the 15s -- I wore a size 10 with my 14s but I'm back into a size 9.5 with the 15s.

The Kayano has been the perfect stability shoe for me for years -- but no more. The 15 is a complete re-design. They've put gel on the outside only (which is where I land). My foot rolls over in these when I walk -- I'm terrified I'd sprain an ankle if I tried to run in them. Bring back the old shoe!

I loved the 12, couldn't buy enough of them. I was ok with the 13, but only had one pair because I bought every pair of 12's I could find in the world in a size 9.5A. The 14's were terrible, stiff, tight toe box. The 15's, are ok. The toe reminded me of the 12's but they have broken down too quickly. I am running 30-40 miles a week and noticed foot and shin pain at 150-170 miles. They narrow shoe is hard to find but I am very dissapointed that these have not held up as well as my 12's.

Love these shoes, though the new lacing took some getting used to. After reading the reviews, I would encourage folks with toe pain to visit a good podiatrist who makes orthotics that can be adjusted with heat. At least this has saved me during the most recent of the 28 years I've been running. My orthotics have really been what made my aches and pains disappear, as I watch others my age and younger so easily submit to surgeries that may or may not do anything. That said, some physical therapists friends scolded me recently for wearing my running shoes for daily wear. Sure enough, I have several gel kayano 15s, and the ones I use daily and are only 3-4 months old, are very worn on the outside of the heel! As much as 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch. I was surprised at how much just daily wear caused the outer sole to degrade. But maybe that's why they are so cushioned, even without the shoe insert. My almost new GK shoes are fine. I have tried all the other brands, and just keep coming back to th

I have resently ran in the Nike equalon 3 and the Mizuno's exilir and the most resently the Brooks Adrenaline. I hated all these other shoes. The Kayano is the BEST training for my 4 th mararthon I ran 9 miles ut of the box and they felt great. I am shocked at some of the negative revies. i feel like I have tried everything and these have a great stability with high cushion and a great fit. Have medium arches and overpronation slightly. Hated the brooks not enough cushion, equalon's loved them but huge blisters on my big toes. Love these shoes, love the lacing, also the reviewers that said that it dug into their ankle you can lace them so they don't do that by not using the last lace hole. It did that to me at first then I fixed it and never bothered me again. I think this is finally the shoe for me. Another complaint about Nike's is that wore out after 200 miles on two pairs.

I loved the Gel Kayano 14, and have worn them as long as they existed. The Gel Kayano 15 is NOT the same. In addition to the lacing changes noted by other reviewers, they have changed the height of where it hits the ankle bone. I had a painful sore on my ankle after just one short run. I had to return them and investigate other options. Maybe these will work for you, but don't just assume they are an improved version of the 14; some major style changes have been made.

I love the 14s and am on my 3rd pair. Hubby bought me the new 15s for Christmas. I put them on and after 10 min. wrapped them up and sent them back. The angled lacing turned me off and the toe box seemed tight compared to the 14's. I too have a bunion and try to fit in 20-27 miles a week. The 15's seemed stiff, too. We were able to get another pair of 14's (as they've been discont'd.) so I'll be hunting for another type of running shoe....again. I agree..bring back the 14s!

I have been a Kayano fan for several years and have had success in the 12 & 13. Loved this shoe when I bought it - until I started having feet and shin pain. Turns out they were already totally worn out after 150 miles. Very disappointing for such an expensive shoe. I don't know if it is a fluke or what. Contacted Asics about it, but haven't heard back just yet.

Love 'em. The toe box is stretchy and nice, no tightness, and they are very cushy. I found the 14's to be too stiff but these feel more flexible. My only complaint is that they are possibly too soft. However, if Asics puts the asymmetrical laces & crazy stretchy mesh on all their shoes, I would be ecstatic.

This shoe was very long and narrow for a 7.5 B. I have a high instep, and these caused pain right away in the feet, then in the hips within running only about 4 minutes. The construction also seemed quite shoddy for such expensive shoes... not something I'd expect from the Runner's World Editor's Pick. The color and styling were nice.

Is "love" too strong of a word when referring to running shoes? I pulled my orthotic from my Kayano 14's and ran a quick 3 miles in my new 15's. I had to stop once to figure out that the bottm lace (right above my toes) was too tight, but once loosened, it was smooth sailing. I have back problems (thus the orthotic) and the cushioning on these shoes were perfect. More comfortable than the 14's so far. Two thumbs up!

I was so sad when I tried out the Kayano 15. After reading about them in Runners World and owning 2 pairs of the 14s - I thought I would be at home in them. I was dissappointed in the overall feel of the shoe (heel, foot bed, etc.) and no amount of lacing changes could make it feel better. So sad.

I have run in the Brooks Adrenaline 8s and I tried the Kayano 14s. I wasn't a fan of the large toebox on the 14s, but the 15s fit perfectly without being too tight or loose. The offset laces don't cause any hot spots on the top of the foot (our feet aren't symmetrical anyways) and the cushioning is excellent. I highly recommend for the heavier runner (I'm 155 lbs) and I have very low arches.

Its also very comfortable and supportive on its own. I walk all day at work and my feet, knees, and hips never ache with this shoe. Its very attractive and not bulky like the mizuno stability plus shoes. It cushions in all the right places and is very durable. I didnt size up and it still fit. my feet are narrow and the B size fit me, my sisters feet are somewhat wide and the B size fit her too!

I was ready to try a new shoe although I've worn the Kayano for 10 years. I have a small bunion on my foot and the plastic part that connects the top to the side rubbed in just the wrong place, besides the last pair of "14's" were very stiff and hard to break in. I went to try the "15" and at first was put off by the angled lacing, however, when I put this shoe on it was amazingly comfortable and the piece that was irritating my foot is angled back so it does not rub! Soft comfortable and feels already broken in! Highly recommend.

I have an old pair of Asics GT-2100s in a 10.5 so I assumed that this shoe would fit in the same size which it didn't. When the shoes arrived they were at least a 1/2 size too big which you may want to take note of. Also, before purchasing this shoe, definitely google other images of it because this picture is deceiving. The gel on the heel only runs on the outside, not on the inside and the top of the shoe is hideous. I'm returning these and getting a pair of GT-2140s that will hopefully fit and that also look much nicer.
