I use this bag at the gym. I really like that the material and zippers feel more durable than other bags (I tried the RRS gym duffle since it was half the price, but the quality of the materials and zippers were really poor). The bag has a large compartment that is easy to get in and out of. My size 12 shoes fit fine in the separate shoe compartment along with sweating clothes. The bag carries easy on the shoulder. There is a fold out mat to sit on, but I don't see using this very much. I would rather see an additional pocket. Overall, a solid and functional bag.

I bought this for my husband as I could simply not stand to look at his gym bag one minute longer. He really likes it. He's a huge runner and it is perfect for him and his large running shoes.
