Comments about Brooks Adapt Glove II Handwear:

I may have misread the product description, but I was expecting a full mitten that was wind and water proof. This is a regular running glove that has a windbreaker pull-over covering. The most exposed part of your hands are covered…but the palm of the hand will not be wind or water proof. Still good for cold and windy weather…I live in New England and run outside in the winter and I like running in these because I do not like running in ski gloves.

Comments about Brooks Adapt Glove II Handwear:

It is so crucial for runners who run in cold weather to have a pair of perfect fit gloves and to keep your fingers warm throughout the long run. Unfortunately, the reflective lettering came off in day 1. When the outside temp is at around 25-30F for relatively short run(5-7miles), it is just ok. But when it is snowing outsie for a long run. You will definitely need layering and hand warmers. These gloves never keep your fingers warm. I did 10 miler when it is snowing with the temp at around 20F, I couldn't even feel my fingers. The cover mitten part is so loose and I kept on covering during the run. Totally disappointing. If you are looking for fall weather grade gloves, these will be perfect! Not sure if it is really waterproof as it said on description though. Never recommended for cold weather run.
