I've been suffering with achilles tendonitis for 8 months and have tried everything. I gave this a shot and am VERY satisifed. After wearing the first day, I noticed LESS swelling and have a better range of motion with NO stiffness or pain. Excellent product and highly recommended!!

I am a 54 year old male. 6'5" tall. 210 lbs. I am a forefoot striker. I have a history of ankle and Achilles Tendon problems. In fact I am recovering since March from injury. This support is easily the most expensive support I have ever purchased, but it does have a unique design and it is well made. I noticed immediate relief when I put the support on. Walking was definitely less painful. But I haven't run in it enough to give it 5 stars at this time. Certainly I'm still healing and this support is no substitute for a well healed injury. But I do like it. I think it may be excellent for injury prevention in the future and may actually buy another for the other ankle. My only complaint is that the silicone inserts on either side of the tendon do make the support "bulky". It feels a bit like running with an ankle weight. Again, maybe I just need one for the other ankle.

After suffering from calf strain and resultant achilles tendonitis for 9 months I was about to give up distance running. I had managed the calf issue well with daily foam roller massage and rest, but the achilles tendonitis was relentless. I have used CEP compression sleeves and socks for my calves, but was reluctant to buy these because of the price (I needed to buy a pair of 2). I finally gave in and now I wish I had bough these months ago. Instant pain relief and massage upon putting them on; wonderful pressure support while running.... amazing and worth every penny!!

This has been a helpful support device for the tendonitis/tendinopathy I have suffered with for several months. It is not a cure. Time, PT, and reducing stress on the tendon seem to be the key for my case. However this brace is supportive, non-irritating, and can be worn throughout the day. It does seem helpful when exercising or walking. My Achilles feels better with the brace in place than without.

I have had achilles tendonitis for some time now and felt I finally needed to really do something about it. I read the reviews here and got this brace. Its been a few days now and I wear this off and on throughout the day and for part of my runs. So far so good! I woke up this morning and my achilles wasn't tight and painful and the swelling is slowly decreasing. I'm very very pleased.

This thing costs too much money. I find it helpful and it's nice to put this on when I'm going to walk the dog. It's essentially a mediocre tape job in a hurry. However, if you have time to tape your own ankle or find any number of other cheaper alternatives, I would do that. Have used it 10 or so times and don't have much hope it's going to hold up, the materially is already starting to stretch.

I sustained injury to my achilles tendon while doing crossfit and didn't find any relief until I purchased this brace. I have no pain at all during my workouts now thanks to this brace. It comes with heel inserts for added relief, but I haven't needed them. I highly recommend this product.

Most of the reviews I read on this was positive, so I gave this a shot. I have used it now for 2 weeks and it is not working at all. Even with the heel supports the pain in my achilles is the same. I even called customer service to make sure I had the right size and I did. I have used other CEP products with good results, but this just does not work.

The brace may be helpful in preventing inflammation of the tendon, but once injured the brace felt uncomfortable and painful. The silicon heel lifters are helpful during recovery. I am using them while I am restricted to walking.
