My wife and I trained for an ironman last year. These were a staple food source we used on our training bike rides. The 100 calorie size was perfect for us. The products are tasty, and not too big. It was easy on the digestive system, which is important when you are doing lonnnng endurance activities. I also enjoy the face that you can get a mixed box of flavors. These assorted mini-bars are great for carrying on my bike, or even my running shorts. I use it for a quick bite when I don't want a full bar, plus the assorted flavors mean I don't have to work through 12 bars of one flavor. MJ San Diego I love these bars.

Love that they came out with the mini's . . .I've always felt like the regular size was too much before-during-and after for recovery. CapitalStrider Des Moines, IA Clif bars are clif bars always good.
