I purchased this because the evening is getting darker earlier and I've got to go back to school so I'll be running in the evenings. My ambulance squad has vests with OSHA required relective materials-but those are so much more than I wanted. So I bought this and it works great! I wear it just above the waist and it doesn't weight alot or bother me when my arms are in motion. I like that it is the same width as the stripping on my EMS vest so I know that it is a good bit of reflection. Thanks!!

It's okay. I realized recently that a belt might be a good idea for runs early in the morning and early fall evenings - I had used flashing red blinkers in the past, but they get lost easily and run out of battery.
I had hoped it would be fully retroreflective, but it's not. The silver strip is retroreflective, but the yellow is only high-vis yellow, which doesn't do much good in very dark conditions (better than nothing though, I suppose). The reflective buckle is a nice touch.
It does achieve its intended purpose, though, and for cheap, so I can't complain too much.

I like that this belt is highly visible, but not cumbersome. You can wear it with as much or as little clothing as you want. Just adjust to your waist or hips and your done.
