Amazing shoe!

This a great race shoe for those who want something more than racing flats but not the bulkiness of your average trainer. I actually picked the K-Ona because I do triathlons and longer distance races and I wanted something with great ventilation and something that didn't feel like I was running in a puddle due to sweat and pouring water on my head. K-Swiss actually designed this shoe with holes in the sole to prevent that problem. In addition the ventilation is beyond compare, its like running in sandals but with full foot coverage. I have a high arch so the arch is a tad low, but i dont train very often in it so its not a huge deal.

Light, stable,!

These shoes are a fantastic lightweight, breathable everyday trainer. I have found it difficult to get a lightweight shoe with just enough stability for those long runs but I finally found that blend with the K-Swiss K-Ona C. I've tried the Luar Elites but found the ample cushioning if the lunar foam to be too marshmallow and I lose the feel of the road. In contrast, the moderate cushioning of the K-ona C forced me to focus on my form and made for a better long run (21 miles) in the end. As advertised, they kept my feet dry as well-no blisters or hot spots!

Awesome company!

Awesome shoes! Switched from Nike to these and I love them. I use The Konejo 2 for long, long days and the Kona-C for short, middle distance and occasionaly long distance. They breathe and are great cushioning. What an innovative company. They have everything ex: Keahou 2, Konejo 2, Kona-C, Kona-S and now the new Blade series for training and racing. They even have a cool racing flat called The K-Ruuz. Awesome! Whether you do Tri's or just run, they have something for you.

Great shoe from that "tennis" company

After years in Kswiss tennis shoes I decided to try their running shoes. I'm glad I did, after training and running the LA Marathon in Lunar Glides, these were a welcome change. Feel very connected to the pavement, almost like running barefoot compared to Glides. I have narrow feet so these felt big until I changed the insoles with Power Steps. After years of being an avid Nike fan I think I've found a new running shoe company. Great job Kswiss

I would buy this product again.

I run between 15-25 miles a week on average. These shoes are great. They are extremely lightweight and fast. I have used them for sprint workouts, and distance runs. They have performed great on both. My first wear in them was an 8 mile run and I got a small blister on a toe, but it was their first wear. Since then I've had no issues. Great shoes overall.

I love this shoe...with one exception

The K-Swiss K-Ona C is a great minimalist running shoe. I'm 6"4' 208 lbs and I love it...with one exception, the Holy Soles. Designed for airflow and cooling, the airholes in the sole of the shoe is a surprise the first time you step in a puddle on a run. I fixed this with some 100MPH tape under the liner but be aware. Otherwise, great fit, feel, and finish.

K Swiss K-Ona C

I am a triathlete and love these shoes. They are great for training and racing. I have a wide foot and these have a a big toe box. I pulled a pair out of the box and ran a half marathon the same day. The shoes felt like I have been running in them for months. Highly recommend.

Perfect for medium to long runs

Great shoe for medium to long workouts and races. It provides just enough support without being too heavy or bulky. Like the previous post, the cushion is comfortable for longer runs and just hard enough that you still need to focus on form. Will buy again.

Favorite running shoe

I've been running in this shoe for over 9 months now and I've been very pleased. I just bought my second pair! It's now my favorite shoe.

Awesome Training Shoe

This Shoe will bounce back whatever you can throw at it, long/short-runs / tempo's/ hills/ it's a great shoe !!

Great triathlon shoe

Just finished using them for Ironman Texas and they felt great. Its was very hot and my feet felt great all day. Most of the time during a marathon my soles start to hurt around 20 miles. After riding 112 miles then running the marathon my feet probably felt the best they ever have during an ironman. Great training and racing shoes one of if not the best shoe I have used.

Great Ironman shoe

Just finished Ironman Texas using these shoes and felt great on the run. Usually the soles of my feet are killing me at about mile 20 on the run. For a lite pair of shoes they offered great support and cushion. It was really hot but the shoes offered great ventilation, my feet never got hot. Overall great shoe for training and racing.
