Comments about Womens New Balance 801 Running Shoe:
Run about 3-4 x per week, between 15-20 miles. Have worked to develop a mid (full) foot strike for about 2 years. (Chi Running). These shoes are nice and light and make mid (full) foot striking easy. They are one of several types I am trying to go more "minimal" in my running shoes, and depend more on form and strengthening weak areas of my body as opposed to relying on heavy shoes. No injuries in 2 years though I have increased mileage.
