I use an insert (Orthonic) for bunion relief, therefore I purchase a larger size and width than my foot indicates. This shoe (Pegasus 25, 26, and 27) is the only athletic shoe which fits comfortably. I've worn all three, during the past two years, and have finally found the comfort I need for my daily walking. I'm a senior who needs this to function on a daily basis. I particularly like the colors and look. It looks like a "normal" shoe, but gives the comfort and support of an Orthopoedic. It has also helped in easing back pain, due to a bad disk. Thanks!!
Nike needs to stop playing with sizes!
I use the air pegasus for daily running (usually in the woods but now forced to the street because it is so dark at 5AM). I like the lightweight feel of pegasus and the neutral fit but Nike drives me crazy with the fit. I bought the pegasus from roadrunner 1 year ago and had a perfect fit with the size 9 (1/2 size bigger than my usual size 8 +1/2 size). Double checked the size before I ordered this current model and they were TOO SMALL. Returned for size 9.5 (easy to return thank you roadrunner) which is a little big but ok with thicker socks. I just wish nike would get it together with sizing. I hate it when my shoe wears out because I never know which size to order from Nike even if its the same shoe style because they are always mixing it up. The new Pegasus feel more padding on the soul-I change out instep for a powerstep but I still can notice the difference. Feels good running still pretty new but I like it so far. will continue to order even though it drives me mad!
Sizing ruins shoe
These shoes were the biggest disappoint to me because they ARE such a well made shoe. But because they run small, I had to order a half size up, which ruined the entire shoe. It had too much room in the back, though it fit length wise, and there was 0 upper toe/toe box support. It was so big on top that after the 3rd or 4th mile, my big toes were too sore to run anymore. Which was so disappointing because they ARE so comfortable and I could tell if not for that issue, they would be an AWESOME long distance running shoe. I recommend this shoe for those who have issues for being inbetween half sizes. Definitely not for those with narrower feet, too.
I've been wearing Pegasus since I started running about 10 years ago. I took a chance and tried Nike Moto....thinking that I might be missing out on a better running shoe. I was so wrong! I ran back to my safe and comfortable Pegasus. They are my sure thing for any type of run in any weather. They are cushioned with just the right width and support. I can go the distance without them giving up on me. And, you'll never know that I run when you look at my feet.....great sandal toes! I'll stick with my Pegasus....they keep getting better and better anyway!
Good Job NIKE!!!!
I was looking for a light shoe for a Marathon. I got the Nike Luner Racer shoe but it ran small. I just got this shoe from RRS I love the model before this one, but wanted the Livestrong. It has great updates and lighter. I did a 22 mile run right out of the box. really good cushion in the forefoot where I land and enough suport. It weighed in at 9.0 for a size 8.5. The previous model weighed in at 9.6. I would like a lighter shoe but running out of time.
Great Light Shoe
I wear these shoes for running and general workouts in the gym daily. My go-to shoe. Whether I am training for a long run event or just keeping up fitness with shorter runs it's perfect for both training and racing. With the exception of short cross country foot races, I don't like to mess with figuring out different shoes for different uses. These are light enough for most races yet providing the comfort I want in every situation. Traction is good enough for my trail runs and wet runs, admitting I don't generally put them to extreme trail tests. My feet are wide and it comes in a wide size, hurray!

Good shoe, wish they hadn't modified it
Since high school track, I fell in love with the Pegasus line of Nike. I love the cushion, feeling like running with clouds under my feet that these shoes provide. I bought these for my first marathon this year in Philly and they worked out great.
The only thing I wish they hadn't changed from the previous version, is stitching the tongue entirely up on both sides. The seam is a little uncomfortable and needs some breaking into. Shoes need to be tied looser to allow less irritability from the seam

simple. comfortable. fun
unlike other shoes - the pegs don't feel overly engineered. simple. fun. comfy. feel light and bouncy.
I'm quite heavy for a runner, and I think these do OK in absorbing shock. I just wish nike would do something about the heel. everyone raves about adidas fit on women. my other pair of running shoes are the adidas supernova... and aside from loving the way it hugs my foot, there's nothing i like. can't nike use the adidas foot mold for women?
run and smell the roses
I Love Em'
I've been wearing the Pegasus's for about 3 years now and I love Nike's newest model. They seem to have more cushion than I remember my last pair having.. the outside materials that this pair are made of don't seem to be as high quality as last but we will see, I've only been wearing them for about 2 weeks. I'm training for my second half marathon and think that the Pegasus's will help make a hell of a difference from the last race I finished and trust me I am just looking to finish and feel good.

Comfort, quality, and style!
I use this product daily; I workout 6 times a week including the range from lifting to running to interval series. This shoe is amazing for all types of activities. I bought one pair and loved them, then when they went on sale I bought a second. This shoe is comfortable, stable, durable, and relatively cheap given the costs of shoes these days. So far I have not had any issues with the shoes wearing out quickly or falling apart. Love this shoe!
Great shoes for neutral feet.
I'm a causal runner, 3 days a week at most, some weeks not at all. Since I picked up these shoes I'm running 3-4 days a week and loving it! These shoes are wide, which is hard to find in a neutral shoe. The arch support is very comfortable. These shoes could use a tiny bit more cushioning, but it's not a real detraction. The biggest downfall is that they could definitely be lighter. All in all, definitely worth the price.
This shoe is AWESOME!
I usually buy the Nike Vomero, but thought I would give the Nike Pegasus a try. I am so happy I did, this shoe is awesome. It has everything the Nike Vomero has to offer, but I feel it is a more durable and better fitting shoe. I am so happy Nike got this shoe right. My feet were thanking me after my first run in these shoes.
I trained for and ran the 2010 NYC marathon wearing a pair of Pegasus 26's. The 27's are a great upgrade. I rotate them with another pair of Nike's (Zoom Equalon 4). The 27's are definitely worth the price. A great everyday running shoe and a great shoe to race in. I have no complaints(except a few more color options would be nice). The next pair I buy will be the 28's!
Air Pegasus Keeps Flying High
I keep coming back for more! Nike continues to improve yet maintain a quality training shoe. The Air Pegasus is my favorite running shoe so the change from +26 to +27 was slightly daunting. To my surprise and luck, I found the +27 to be even better. More cushioned support yet still maintains its lightweight feel. The first 5 miles in them were awesome!
Throw-back to Waffle Trainers
Who is old enough to remember the Nike Waffle Trainers?!! Best shoe EVER! Ran in nothing but Waffle Trainers until they stopped making them. I even bought an extra pair to have on hand. Guess what?! The Air Pegasus is my new fav! And in my fav color... yellow shoosh!!!! All around happy consumer of Nike!
Nike Air Pegasus +27
My daughter runs in this shoe, I was having problems with My IT Band so I switched to this shoe and I can feel the different right away. I like how I can get it in my size W11 and it feels great and fits great. I can not say anything bad about this shoe, My daughter also loves this shoe.
Nike Air Pegasus 27
I have run in the pegasus 25's 26's and now the 27's. They keep getting better and better.I generally run between 25-30 miles a week. My feet always feel good. I can get about 350 miles out of a pair. They were recommended by my running partner and now I recommend them to all my runner friends.
Love These Shoes!!!
Nike discontinued my favorite shoe the Nike Sklyon and the new changes to the Pegasus make them fit and feel pretty close to the Sklyon. I am assuming that these changes might disapoint many previous Pegasus users, but I LOVE them! They are a relatively light weight shoe with just enough cushion. I have two pairs and rotate them as my daily shoe. Enjoy!
Sherman Oaks, CA
I first wore a Pegasus as a grade schooler. The good points have been improved upon. It's alright for trail running but can pick up dirt in the heel groove.
I actually recommended this shoe to my SO who is a professional cyclist. He loves it for running during cross training. It does run about a half size small even to other Nikes. The wide shoe is a pretty good shoe for bunions.
needs something more
I really liked everything about this shoe. I liked the look of it and it felt good on my foot. After wearing them for a day of running errands and walking around, I wasn't very impressed and my feet hurt a little. I knew that I couldn't make this my running shoe, but it good be an everyday tennis shoe for moderate wear.
Needed new sneakers for Half marathon
They feel really comfortable and light weight. First time trying the Nike air pegasus. I under pronate also. I am usually a 6.5 women size. I ordered a 7. It fit pretty snug. Training for half marathon, so exchanging for size 8. Looking forward to trying them out again!
Huetran the Health Nut
Comfortable running and exercise shoe!
This is a great and comfortable shoe for exercising and running. It is nothing like the newer Nike shoes that are bulky and feel like moon shoes on your feet. These are lightweight and are very breathable. I would recommend these as well as, the other styles of nike pegasus.
These are my first ever Nikes, and I'm in my 50's. I had the impression for years that any Nike was too narrow for me, BUT my husband loves his Pegasus and encouraged me to at least try them on at a store. I was impressed right away and have continued to be very pleased through several miles since.

Best Neutral Running Shoes
I love these running shoes for so many reasons. Most importantly, they are extremely light. I used to wear the Structure Triax, but the new design is bulky. These are sleek and I no longer get any shin splints. The practical aspects aside - they are really cute!

Running on Air
I bought them primarily for running outdoors. They are a great fit and seriously feel so comfortable and cushiony I feel like I can run forever. The only problem I have is my heel rubs against the back of the shoe and rolls my ankle sock down a little bit, but that can be corrected with longer socks.
Santa Monica, CA
These shoes are great for pavement. I have high arch and supination and was looking for shoes that offered great support and cushioning. I guess I found it, plus they are relatively cheaper than other comparable running shoes. I own these for ~ 1 mo and run ~ 15 - 20 miles/week.
My wife totally loves this shoe. This model of the Pegasus needs to be ordered one size larger than your normal shoe size. The cushioning and fit is otherwise perfect. The right shoe totally makes the right difference and my wife will never change.
I bought these shoes to wear at work on my breaks & lunch. I walk on alot of sidewalks, and they provide good cushiony support. I've had plantar faciitis recently, and these help with that. I have a narrow foot and the toe box seems a little wide. Overall, good shoe.
1/2 Size Up Still Too Short
This is a very comfortable shoe which meets my desire for cushioning with a flexible forefoot. However, it is way too short and would destroy my toenails if I ran in it, even though I ordered 1/2 size up as suggested. I like it enough that I may try it again at a full size up.
Canal Trail Runner
Upstate New York
I would buy this shoe again.
I bought these shoes for work. I am on my feet all the time. They feel really good. Good cushion and good support. I do like the 26 better than the 27, but they are still great. I hope they hold up as well as the 26 did.
