Men's NIKE® ZOOM VOMERO+ 6 :: Velvety smooth, plush cushioning is this favorite running shoe's hallmark. This exciting update to the men's Nike® Zoom Vomero+ 6 delivers even better fit thanks to stretchy elastic saddle panels. Every other brand has tried to imitate it, but none have succeeded in delivering you so much comfort wrapped in one running shoe. 12.1 ounces
Loving the new Vomero 6. Back to the cushioning that made them my favorites. This time they seem even better. The pillowy softness that made it seem like I was running on clouds is back, but even better. I'll have to admit that the Vomero 3's were pillowy, but a but sloppy and a tad wide for my B width foot. The new 6's are a bit snugger, which fits my foot perfect. The pillowy cushioning also feels more structured and not as sloppy. I'm a more of a mid-foot striker and it feel like there is more mid-foot cushioning and I'm really loving the new Vomero 6.
They are still new so I don't have a lot of miles on them yet, to see how they hold up, but from experience the Vomero 3's didn't last as long as I would like. I'd rather have something this comfortable and buy another pair when necessary that have something last longer and not work as well. I guess I'd compare them to a racing tire for your car. They do a much better job than a conventional tire, but don't last 100,000 miles.
Also wanted to note that I always buy these 1/2 size bigger.

I'm running ~50Km per week , long ,Tempo intervals . had Asics Nimbus before , Brooks ,Saucony . This shoe ,now after having it in the new edition with 2E width, is just great . I throw away my insoles for high arch (as simple as that , i couldn't do it with any other shoe..) and ran already 10 runs , all felt great .
Feels very comfortable , support my legs excellent
very good but....
The vomero 6 is a very good neutral + shoe, but since the vomero 3, it is less and less cushioned (and i am looking only on real cushioning) in the heel than its predecesors ( the best vomero for me was the 3): the pillow feeling has disappeared ( not in the front), the heel is too steef, too flat for me. I will not come back to nimbus 13( which improved by the years) or adistar ride 3 ( flat,no traction) , because i love nike running shoes ( should i try lunar eclipse ?) so i keep my training( 30km per week) with my old vomeros 3 or 4 , expecting more smooth cushioning, softness especially in the heel with vomero 7......
I run 25-30 mi per week...I owned 4 pairs of the V5 and loved them, as another reviewer noted, these are more narrow...not sure why they changed that....Still the best cushioned show I have found...i have pretty much tried all of them, brooks, asics, NB, saucony. My biggest complaint with the vomero line and this is due to the soft cushion and me being a mid foot striker, but the traction wears down fast..within 150 miles, middle of forefoot is bare. there are pros and cons with every pair of shoes, i will take the great ride and cushion over some minor durability issues.

Disappointed Vomero Loyalist
This is the 2nd pair of black Vomero 6's that I have ordered after using a pair of red Vomero 6's. The red fit great and have great cushioning. The black 6's are at least 1/2 size to small in length and width. They also lack the same cushioning. So either my red Vomero's were better than normal or my back Vomero's are not manaufactured the same. I have never ordered the same shoe in different colors and seen such a difference. I ordered the 2nd pair because I fugured the first pair was a fluke. I love running in Vomero's and have for many years but the 6's at least in black are a big disappointment.
Good but not the same as the Vomero 5
I run in both the Vomero 5 and 6.
Both are great cushioned shoes. The 6 is lighter but it is also more narrow. It may not be enough of a difference to notice for most people. However, if you do have a wider foot and the 5 in medium was just right then the 6 may just be that little bit too narrow. I will have to move up in width to a 2E.
Overall still a good shoe but the 6 does have a slightly different feel (width, arch and toebox) compared to the 5 (of the two I actually prefer the 5).
And yes they still don't seem to hold up as well as for example the Asics Nimbus.

There so much I could say and unless you are a runner it would just bore you, so I will just say these are the best shoes I have ever ran in.

Not as good as the Vomero 5
Run 7-10 miles week. Overall, the shoes fit the same as the previous model. However, it doesn't seem to have the same amount of cushion as the Vomero 5 which I also have a brand new pair so I could compare the two. This new Vomero 6 I found seems to be a little bit more snug in the heel. Still a good shoe with lots of cushioning but I do prefer the 5 more. The Vomeros are a little roomie for me in the toe box which works out will since I use the Aline insoles to help with ny pronation and leg alignment.
Like Running Barefoot On Concrete
I'm an avid but heavy runner (240 pounds.) Used to be 310, but running 10-20 miles per week for the last 4 years has had a positive effect! I had been using Vomero 5's with great success. Super cushioning without feeling like they were mushy. All good things come to an end, so I tried the 6's. Not good. Not good at all. Very clunky and hard feeling, and the outside edge has collapsed after only a couple of months use.
Much better than the Vomero 5's.
Finally back to the old design. I have worn the 3's and loved them. I skipped the 4's and worn the 5's, which I did not like because they were too wide for my medium foot, and worn out within 6 months. So, I was skeptical in purchasing the new 6's, but I did, and love them so far because they fit like the 3's. I always wonder why shoe companies insist on upgrading models so soon.

Finally a shoe that works
I was a big user of the Pegasus until the latest version. I found the Vomero +6 a great replacement.

I love my Vomero 6's
I love my new Vomero shoes. I had the 4's and the 6's are very, very similar. They are soft and bouncy just as I remembered my last pair. I almost switched to the Asics Nimbus, but now I am glad that I stuck with the Vomero. I log 30+ miles per week on a 2 pair shoe rotation, but the Vomero is the "Go To" shoe.

Best cushioning available
Excellent running shoe. I've been running for 8 years am a 43 yr old male, 154 lbs that averages 35 to 45 miles weekly. The Vomero comfort, support and cushioning continue to keep my knees and feet injury free. Absolutely love them and highly recommend.
Best shoe I ever put on my feet
4-6 miles per day on paved path
fantastic cushioning I'm 260
Much different fit than red models as others have stated. Short in length and less cushioning. I believe they have cheapened the shoe. I have run with the early versions and loved them. This is a lousy replacement.
Parf old jogger
Bought the Extra Wide runner as well as a size up and they are very comfortable. Run 2 - 3 times a week mostly on the road but sometimes on the trails and they seem to work great.

Best Shoes I Have ever worn...
I don't mean to exaggerate, but it is the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on...I wear them to work now and looking at buying a new pair just for running.
Great shoes for cushioning. But the outer soles wear out far too fast compared to the Asics Gel Nimbus or Brooks Ghost.Nike needs to enhance forefoot outer sole durability.
Went through several brands of shoes before I found this shoe. My feet feel like they have clouds tied to them. No hot spots after my long runs any more.
Runner from NC
Run approximately 35-40 miles per week on hilly road course. Heel tends to wear a little sooner than the Pegasus shoes I formally used.

Best shoe ever!!!
I run 6-7 miles a day. This is by far the best pair of shoes I have ever owned.

Nike really nailed it with the Vomero 6+
Only wish that Nike had not "improved" the Vomero design after V6+
