About me: 32, 5'9", 190lbs, high arches, training for half marathon on treadmill and concrete.
These shoes looked great and fit well (I got the teal/orange in size 9), the ribbon-like laces are pretty cool and stay tied well.
The flyknit upper hugs the foot very closely, but it was easy to lace them much tighter than I should have, which led to circulation problems in my toes. I did not have any heel rubbing issues when breaking them in though.
They are very lightweight, and have pretty okay cushioning for such a light shoe, but they provide NO support or stability. I didn't have a problem with this at first - running in these was almost like running barefoot. And while that feels natural and free, it can also be injurious. I developed achilles tendonitis that would not go away in spite of tons of stretching/massaging.
I just exchanged these shoes after 90 days of training for a pair of Vomero 8+'s. Already my calf/achilles problems are better. So If you are a heavier runner like me, or don't have perfect running form, I would resist the lightweight lure of these shoes.
Love them as much as the last pair!
Surprised to love these as much as my last pair of them, but I do! Still very breathable, lightweight. Traction is much improved and they've been good on wet pavement. I run 5x a week from 5k to double-digits, and these shoes are great every time. I bought a half size up per some other reviews and it was absolutely the right thing to do, even though my pair of last year's model was true to size. I love the thin laces that are NOT too long like they are on many other running shoes. The back of the ankle is padded in this version and took a little getting used to, but not a deal breaker. Still a fantastic shoe.
I have done several races in this shoe and I am delighted how light it is with great impact protection. I am super picky and love love this shoe. I did however have to go up a 1/2 size but, it was worth it. I wear thorlo socks and had zero rubbing issues. I slide it on and it molds to my feet. At first I didn't see how the ribbon laces would stay tied but... never had to retie them so it works. The tongue does move a tad but I don't notice anything during the run, just when I remove the shoe. I am even able to fit my orthotic in them. Thanks Nike!
Replaces my Lunaracer 2s
I am marathon training and was looking for a pair to replace my Nike Lunaracer 2 shoes. I was concerned about the reviews I read here, but have not had any problems with the heel/ankle area others have mentioned. I've run up to 20 mile runs in these, and while that is probably the furthest distance I will go in them, I've had a very similar experience to my Lunaracer 2s. I only experienced blisters on my 20 mile run, and on the bottom of a toe (very common for me). My only complaint is that the color I love isn't sold here (yet). I'll be buying another pair of these this year.
I was so happy to be chosen to try this shoe out before anyone else! I've had the shoes out for about 5 short runs of 3 miles each. The first run I did get a small blister in the heel towards the end of the run but from then on I was fine. The shoe is more on the narrow side but not too narrow for my almost wide foot. The cushioning was bouncy and not squishy. It had great performance with a very smooth transition. I have a half marathon coming up in April and I will continue training with this shoe. Looks like this one is a winner for me.

NIKE GOT IT RIGHT!
I had really lost hope for Nike--the last few products I have tried I have returned--the fit and comfort just wasn't there. I decided to try the Flyknit Lunar One after seeing the Runner's World review--all I can say is WOW! I love this shoe! Lightweight but very cushioned--I am a big girl and this shoe works nicely for me. My legs didn't feel fatigued after a hard 3 mile workout, my feet were in great shape and I am very happy with this shoe. I will be ordering another pair! Thanks Nike!
Love these lightweight shoes
I have run in Nike Air Pegasus for many years, always a women's size 7.5. My last pair were too long and my toes were getting a bit banged up. I decided to try these shoes and I'm happy I did. I read the reviews and everyone said to order one size up but I went with the 7.5 anyway because of my Pegasus experience. The length is fine but they are a but snug in the tow box. I have run @20 miles in them so far and am very happy, even with the snug fit! Feels like running in a nice cushiony sock!

Did not live up to expectations
I purchased this shoe based on the early reviews. The first few runs were ok but since my runs have caused me nothing but problems and injuries. I have switched back to my brooks and my problems have went away. The shoe has a high back which rubs on the back of my ankle and caused blisters and tore off skin. Also caused bruising to my inner ankle because of lack of support during speed work and long runs. I was so hopeful this shoe would be great for me unfortunately it has caused nothing but problems.
Small, shallow, flat and narrow
These shoes run small, I tried to make them work because I was only using for casual wear, not running. I run in a different brand. These shoes have no arch support, so I switched insoles, but the shoes are so shallow that my heals slipped when walking, so I had to put the flat insoles back in. I have a narrow foot, but these were so tight that they bruised the top of my foot at the knuckle of my big toe, after a half day of wear. Not for me.
Narrow but works as short light trainer
Not as narrow as Mizuno's, but uncomfortably tight for those of us use to Adidas. These are fine for shorter workouts and nice for the light weight on the track, but I normallly like light trainers for my long runs too. The mesh uppers keep it light, although they will wear through more quickly (as all thin mesh uppers do). Moderate drop. Probably too little arch support for some, but fine for me. Did not live up to expectations!
I normally run at least four times a week so I purchased these shoes as they were "Runners Choice". I had high expectations as I love Nike. However, I was very disappointed in these as they continued to rub blisters on my heals even after running in them for a couple of weeks. They did not provide much ankle support and did not have as much cushioning. I did like that they were very light weight and I loved the color!
Love these low-drop, cushioned shoes
I love both the look and feel of these shoes. They're cute enough to wear with a pair of jeans and provide fantastic, lightweight running support. I have put a lot of miles on my first pair of these and finally, the big toe spot on the top of one shoe is starting to wear out. Given the number of miles, the shoes have held up well.
Too narrow for me
I loved the color of the shoes and I do think the shoes are supportive, but they were just way too narrow for me! I had never thought of myself as having wide feet, but now I know a wider toe box works better for me. I exchanged these for my previously-loved shoe, the Mizuno Wave Rider 16 (which feel great!). I think it's worth trying these shoes if you prefer a narrower toe box.
Did not live up to expectations
I purchased these shoes because they were given the editor choice from runner's world magazine. They have not lived up to my expectation. I have had problems with rubbing on the back of the foot. I purchased a higher sock and this has helped. I have also had problems with stingers and muscle bruising in the inner ankle area. I have switched back to my Brooks running shoe and the problems have went away.
Horrible Heel Blisters
I really liked everything about this shoes except that it gave me HORRIBLE blisters on my heels after only 3 miles. I have been wearing Nike and running shoes for 25 years and this is the first time I have ever had this issue. If they didn't give me blisters I would have loved them :(
Great shoes for standing
I love these shoes because I can wear them all day and my feet don't get so tired. They look great and they keep my feet comfortable on long days. The only downside is that they push in on my heals a little. I think that will break in as I wear them more.

Left terrible blisters
After only a mile, I had raw blisters on the backs on both of my feet. I love the look of the shoe and they were comfortable when I walked around prior to help break them in. I have tried running in them since with taller socks and mole skin but the rubbing/friction is still noticeable.

Very comfortable from the moment I put them on. I wasn't so sure about the color Red/blue but I've gotten a lot of complements. They are really cute:) I normally wear a stability shoe and tried this shoe and I really like it.
Best shoes ever
Best running shoes I have yet to own. Even though they are pricey I definitely recommend them to all the runners out there. I have gotten so many compliments about them. Go get them and you won't regret it
Love, love, love this shoe!
I use these shoes for running. I usually run about 20+ miles a week. They are very comfortable, but the flyknit material does seem to stretch a little after several wears.

I work 15 hour days and at the end of the day, I still feel light on my feet.
