I like minimalist shoes, and these are definately in that category, very flexible and lightweight. That being said, they still seem to feel quite cushioned while still giving a good feel for the road. I love the upper, feels like a compression sock, don't even really need the laces. I originally bought the women's 11 (I'm a 5' 10" woman, so I have big feet), they were slightly narrow, the men's 9 1/2 is perfect. The only small con is I have used these on pea gravel and the soles are so flexible that the hexes on the bottom tend to collect small rocks.

i run about 20km a week in these. clocked them because of the way they look, even though i'm a fond believer in never judging a book by its cover.
yeah they cost a little on the high side but jebus... they're worth it.
i was a little dubious about the comfort with them being 'bare foot' style but i haven't had a pair of runners that have been more supportive.
really light, really airy, really comfortable, sexy as, erm... can't fault them really!
I just bought a pair of Nike Free 3.0 Flyknits last week and have only had them out for one 6 mile run so far, but I like what I see. Very comfortable with no binding and great road feel - even better than my old Nike Free 3.0 v5's, which I've had through hundreds of miles. I've been wearing them with socks but you could go sockless if you want.

Best shoe I've run in
I have run in every model of free 3.0 since they came out. This is hands down the best. Ran a half marathon in them right out of the box because they felt so good in the store. No blisters, no pain. Great shoe! They seem overpriced but are worth it.
Best shoe they have put out in awhile
I am 5'11", 192#, size 9.5 but I bought this in a 10 and it works just fine. I run almost daily, and do various workouts, not just long runs. My long runs of four miles, no more than one to two times per week. I love these shoes. I try to run in the Evolution or Pose style. I like these shoes because they are light, they fit like a glove, they don't slide around when my foot strikes, they give great support and they last awhile. I would say that I normally buy shoes every 3-6 months because they wear out (almost always Nikes). Now I think I can extend that a bit. I really like the heel and how the rounded form of it gives very natural support. I just hate the fact that it is made by Nike and they will think that something is wrong with this shoe, so they will come up with an upgrade/fix/remedy that will fix the wrong problem. I already bought a 4.0 and HATE it. These are great.
