If you're looking for a completely waterproof/windproof running jacket that is breathable, then you will have to invent one because having all of these features in one jacket isn't yet possible. This jacket does block most of the wind and keeps the user pretty dry, all while maintaining very good breathability. The end result is a very comfortable running jacket. I have ran in this jacket from 40F to around 10F and have remained warm and dry. I have had a couple of runs in cold rainy weather and most of the water forms tiny beads on the surface. I never got wet or had the feeling that I was wet. This jacket pairs excellently with a wool base layer. On the colder days I usually wear a wool base layer and a tech midlayer under this jacket. I was never hot and sweaty or cold. Keep in mind this is a fitted jacket designed not to interfere with one's running form, so you won't be able to wear many layers beneath it. I highly recommend this jacket!

I've had many jackets, but this has to be the best. I wear this on my runs in cold weather from anywhere 25 to 39 degrees. I usually pair this with a baselayer and it's very functional and yet keeps you warm and dry. The sleeve is a plus in that you have thumb holes in the inner sleeve and the outer sleeves to cover your hands. It's light and does not feel like a jacket, but keeps you warm even with a wind chill. I run early morning before the sun comes up and it is dark and cold, the jacket has good reflective design as a added safety measure. I was caught in the rain one morning and it held up perfect.
