I bought these shoes to rotate with two other Pearl Izumi shoes for my road training. These shoes are everything you need and nothing you don't. They have just enough mid foot pronation support without unnecessary "technology" plastered all over them. They are an excellent example of the "natural running" movement's positive impact on cushioned shoe design. I'm very, very pleased. This review is for the MEN's shoe. There seems to be an issue with the listing on RRS.

Haven't actually taken them for a run; no size fits me

I typically wear Sauconys (Peregrine 5, size 13; Zealot, size 13; Kinvara 5, size 12.5) and I was looking to add another 4mm drop shoe into the rotation. Enter the Mens Pearl Izumi EM Road M3. I ordered both size 12.5 and size 13 online, thinking one would fit and the other I'd return. However, the size 13 shoes are too small, and a 13.5 isn't available. Pearl's size 13 is definitely much smaller than Saucony's size 13.

I pulled these shoes out of the box and ran 8 miles in them. They have the right amount of support and cushioning . I was looking for a good pair of shoes to add into the rotation during my training months. The shoes have the right amount of cushioning to keep you feeling fresh during 12+ mile runs.

I have had these for two weeks and so far so good. Ran a very hilly 5 miles the other day and felt like a breeze. I was a loyal Mizuno owner and decided to branch out. So far they feel great.
