I was told by the salesperson the shoe would perform well in any activity due to it being a "crosstrainer." The U-Form is a great concept for the shoe making it fit very well after baking in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes. The toe box of the shoe is very minimalistic and performs well. The rear of the shoe from the arch to the heal is made of a material that is non-forgiving. It does not respond well to any side-to-side or jumping motion. The shoe seems to have actually led to a knee injury during my use. When converting back to a traditional crosstraining shoe, the knee has significantly improved. I used the shoe primarily to conduct cardio plyometric interval training. I will be returning the shoe this weekend to obtain some true crosstraining shoes. I still recommend this shoe for CrossFit enthusiasts and anyone conducting weight lifting. However, I would not recommend this for CrossFit workouts requiring more jumping or side-to-side motion.

Mold to your foot!

Coolest shoe ever. You put the entire shoe in the oven for 3 minutes and then slide your foot in. The insole and siding mold to your feet, giving you the best, most customized fit of any shoe. I was skeptical this would really work, but it did and has made a huge difference in my workout. My foot feels extra stable moving quickly between circuits. Awesome design.
