I have had my rumble roller for a few years now after using a regular roller for 20 years. The Rumble roller is great for injury prevention and treatment. I have to disagree with the person who said it was not good for ITB problems. I had ITB issues for years, tried massage therapy, PT, stretching with no improvement. Using the Rumble roller cured it and as long as I use it a few times a week, no more issues. It is also great for hip flexors and piriformis. The Rumble roller is like a massage therapist. Yes, it hurts, at least at first, yes, there may be bruising, same as with PT. But the more it hurts, that just means the more you need it. After a while, when all the knots and trigger points are loosened up, it stops hurting and you can just relax on it. Highly recommended.
Don't think this is just another foam roller. The ridged surface really digs into tense spots. I use mine after runs and any other time I feel tight. Now, it is too intense for me sometimes, so I roll it in a yoga mat, which softens the knobbed surface and makes it less painful.
Love my RumbleRoller
I use a classic roller at the gym. After seeing someone post this on Instagram I decided to try it. I fell in love! It works great. I could be a little uncomfortable at first but it really helps with muscle soreness!
Good but super painful
Great, it is very durable but the pain is intense and probably too intense for beginners. Wish there was a level down from it but similar in style.

I had to send mine back. It actually bruised my legs! It is not for all areas, especially not for the IT Band. I am going to try one of the less aggressive designs.
gets the kinks out
I use this after long work outs. Very effective for working spine after 6 hour fast walks.
This has worked wonders on my tight IT band!
