I purchased this top in large at the store. I run a med-large in other athletic brands. I am 5'6", 133 lbs, with broad shoulders and chest. The large fits me perfectly but is very slightly fitted which works for yoga. If you want a looser fit, go up in this shirt. The overall length and arms are on the longer side. I'm not sure it would work for someone petite, unless you don't mind the extra length. This top has a great silky fabric that has a very subtle and tasteful striated pattern to it. The fabric is on the thinner side but is not see thru.
