This top gives me the coverage I need with the long sleeves without being too heavy. I tend to overhead during workouts regardless of how cold it is outside but this is perfect for what I need.

Nice shirt and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I had to return it because it was way too long. Even though I have a long torso this shirt hung down like a night shirt. It has some cotton (feels nice and soft as a result) so perhaps it would have shrunk up a bit. If you wanted to tuck the shirt in, I guess the length would be okay. But, I exchanged it for of a "Runner's High" shirt as these have fit me well in the past. Al New York Good Shirt
