At the first sign of sun in Chicago, I went out for a run. I ran for about 45 minutes and went inside to hear on the radio that the outside temperature was 15F degrees. I had no idea; these pants were great with a thin under layer. I've worn them more often and they have been great against the wind, slush, and cold.
The problem is that they are way too long for me, though great in the waist. I'm 6'0" / 190, but I have short(ish) legs - 30" inseam. I had to tuck them in to my socks. I've yet to find running pants that are sized for inseams. C'mon Shoe Dog, get your buddies on this!
Good fit and comfortable
I bought these to replace another similar pair that got misplaced and I mostly use these to lounge around in or walk in after work or on the weekends. They are comfortable, warm, and look good. I am 5'8" with a 33" waist and the medium fits the waist well, but the inseam is about an inch too long, but overall not a bad fit with the zippered bottoms allowing for some adjustments.
I would buy another pair of these. I heat up quickly when I run, so I doubt I'd use these for a run unless it was below 20F outside.
Apparently these pants have the ability to control the weather. After some very cold days (and cold runs) and some snowy / rainy weather, I decided to purchase a better pair of wet/cold weather pants for long runs. So, I went to RR Sports and purchased some Second Wind Pants. Since then (over a month ago), it hasn't been as cold, and it hasn't has been as wet for any of my runs. This leads me to believe the pants have the magical ability to control the weather.
Oh, they also fit well, have lots of mobility, but aren't baggy and they have good pockets. I have no idea how they would do in wet / snowy weather.

Love / Hate relationship
Love: wore them on a couple of chilly morning runs. Did not feel cold on my legs and any sweat was whisked off of my skin. made me feel great.
Hate: a little loose on my first run. ran them through the wash and the fit was a little better the second time.wish they had a drawstring or adjustments for a tighter fit. Medium is advertised as 32 to 34 waist. I'm a 32 to 33. small I think would be too tight.

Great pants for the price
Love everything about these except the inability to tighten the waist. Otherwise, plenty warm for my 26 degree run. Pocket zippers are smooth unlike Asics pants. Moved and breathed well.
