Good for working out AND recovery!


I purchased this product with the hope that it would help ease the discomfort of nagging mid-hammie pain. It did the job nicely! I wore it on a long pre-marathon training run and it was comfortable, stayed in place, and provided the support that I needed. It definitely reduced the fatigue I had been feeling on previous runs. I would also recommend it for post-run recovery use!

Warning, this product runs small. I went through and measured my quad and ordered the S/M accordingly. When I got it it was super tight and my leg spilled over at the top and bottom. I sent it back for the L. The product itself feels great and is comfortable. Definitely could feel the help with recovery following long training runs!

I've got a hamstring injury that I can't shake. I stopped running all together for about 2 weeks, but the pain in my hamstring didn't go away. I bought the Zensah thigh wrap and it has allowed me to continue running. My hammie feels better now than it used to and I can continue running. I have no doubt that I would still be side-lined and NOT running if I didn't buy the Zensah wrap. I tell anyone who will listen to me about how great it is. I went with the L/XL and it fits great. For reference, I am 6'2", 185 lbs. I run a 12:30 2 mile.

Good idea, but several reservations


Since I have no clone to serve as a control, I don't know how well it helps with muscle recovery, but I suspect it does help. The sizing could you use tweaking. I measured my thigh circumference to be an inch larger than the lower limit of small, but it's really tight, and I can't imagine fitting into it if my thigh were larger. The fabric runs if you pinch it the wrong way. I can't imagine running in this thing, because despite the snugness of the fit, it slips down as you walk around. I bought it to put on after a marathon, but have so far used it only after half marathons, from which I normally recover fairly quickly anyway.

Thigh sleeve is good, but not great


The thigh sleeve is a good product and has helped a nagging hamstring injury I have. It does slip down and needs to be pulled up more frequently than I'd like. In hindsight I would have paid more and bought compression shorts

Great for Recovery!


These are great to use after hard workouts, races, and long runs. My hamstrings and quads always get really sore after races and hard workouts and these definitely aid in recovery! I've never run in them, but I can see how everyone was saying they slide down while running. However, they don't slide down when just walking around. For the sizing, I have to disagree with the other reviews. I think the sizing is very accurate. I'm 5'5", female, and mid-thigh measures 19" and the biggest part of my thigh measure 21.5" and the S/M fits perfectly. I wouldn't size up if you measure between 19"-22". They are difficult to get on at first, and yes, they are tight, but that is how compression gear is supposed to fit. Once they are on, they are quite comfortable.

Watch out for the sizing!


Bought the S/M size for my daughter who has a 21" thigh circumference. One side of the packaging listed the size as 18-22" and the other side said 12-15". The actual size of the sleeve was closer to the 12-15" since she couldn't get it past her knee. Returned the sleeve. Not a RRS issue, but a Zensa packaging issue....beware!!

I had to size UP after the medium was too small. ( I am not a big woman.) My leg spilled over the top. The large fit but it runs down my leg as soon as I run. I almost sent it back the second time but it was worth the effort and return postage.

Slips down when I move


Would be a very good product if it could stay on my thigh and not slip to my knee everytime I move. Feels tight and good compression on my thigh, but as soon as I move it slips down.




Great addition for recovery


Used as a recovery aid, these sleeves are more useful than calf sleeves or compression socks, at least for me. I can't wait to try these after a marathon as my thighs usually take.a severe beating (sub 2:50 marathoner, 70-85 miles per week).
