Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe:

I have had plantar fasciitis for about 4 years. I started distance running 6 mos ago but ended up hurting my ankle due to poor foot support. I have tried about 4 different other shoes for running but when I put these adidas shoes on, ahh! I have FINALLY found the perfect shoe. I have narrow feet, and medium to high arches. I have mild over pronation. I thought I would need insoles in every running shoe I bought because of the PF. But these shoes are perfect without the insoles as the arch support is great and the cushioning is good for my tender heels. They seem to sit higher on the ankles which felt strange at first but I've become accustomed to it and like the support. And I love the boost technology. I've not had the shoe long enough to comment on the durability.

Comments about Mens Newton Running Distance S Running Shoe:

These are great for runners who strike flat footed. It seems like those who run on their toes or heel first may a bit uncomfortable. But for a mid-foot strike, they're perfect. Great cushion, lightweigh. Take some getting used to, i.e. running a mile or two a few times a week for a few weeks, but after that, they're excellent.

Comments about Womens Newton Running Distance U Running Shoe:

Best running shoe I've ever worn. I use to wear brooks adrenaline only to be disappointed every year they came out with the newer model. I decided to take a chance on Newtons. I'm so glad I did. I've been wearing them for about two years now, they do have a "break in" period though. I only wore them for a mile or two at a time a few days a week for about 2-3 weeks. Now my foot, ankles, shins, and calves have never felt stronger. I would highly recommend.
